Every step of the way I always knew where I was in the process and what was needed. There was never a time that I felt uncertain. I appreciated that very much! Especially because when I had started this process and originally began gathering information on getting a loan I was receiving over 10 emails and many daily phone calls from companies that weren't as reputable and Alex always gave me the heads up that someone new would be contacting me. That was invaluable!
Also having the app and one place to go for all signatures & information was perfect. The whole process was very easy to navigate.
The closer even came to my work so the paperwork could be signed on my lunch break!!
It was a five star experience!!

As of today it's been 76 days since the start of this loan and it still not finished. I've been continuously lied and mislead by Mark Baker. Run from this guy!
