My wife and I have always relied on this place for our annual pellet needs. This year, there was a slight hiccup with our order ending up at the neighbor’s (yes, all 3 pallets). But the moment they opened up the next day, they were on it. The team quickly corrected the mistake with professionalism and a friendly demeanor. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers, and such service reaffirms why we’ll remain loyal customers. Kudos to the team for their swift and courteous response!

Love Glyndon Gardens! Every time I’m there, multiple people ask me if I need help in the friendliest manner. They have a wonderful selection of products and knowledgeable staff.

With today's buy it online and hope it's such a pleasure there's still a good ol fashioned garden center staffed with knowledgeable staff who take their time to explain things. Looking for a new grill and Richard took his time and walked me through the myriad subtle differences with no high pressure sales talk. Looking forward to getting a new grill from him once the wife gives the all clear.

A bit high priced on the hanging plant I bought, but for the convenience & plentiful choices, it was well worth it! This is a nice garden store with lots of offerings.

After going through three companies trying to get wood this year, I figured I would try Glyndon Gardens as it was up the road from where I lived. Several of the companies on Google and ones who advertised on Craigslist promised they delivered to Baltimore County and as I was even willing to pay for delivery, just kept yanking my chain when it came to narrowing down a date and time and in some cases, actually said they were going to deliver and never did.I ordered a 1/2 cord of wood from Glyndon Gardens this year. From the previous years when I was working, I would always get my oak from Blue Moon in Randallstown but as I do not work now, I was trying to find a more reasonable company and I thought a mix hardwood of $188 for a half a cord was reasonable with delivery.First of all I found Kayla very friendly and professional when ordering the wood and paying up front. I had called in advance to find out where I was on the list and she advised via a telephone call this morning. One thing I did notice at Glyndon Gardens was there was some good management and communication between the workers.I have been around the block and I know what is good wood and what isn’t and this is what I have to say about what I got delivered today - about 75% of the wood is fairly good; 10% was dry-rotted; another 10% was nothing but odd pieces and junk pieces and there was 5% of what I call odds and ends which is burnable but doesn’t measure up to actual logs when you factor in the cost. I can’t say I’m disappointed but when you look at the lovely wood stacked in their parking lot of their company, I would have expected that wood sitting in my driveway and not what I actually got. This is my first time ordering from Glyndon Gardens. Like I said, most of the wood was good and should season very well in my shed for this winter and next year’s summer. I just wish I could have gotten what was pictured on their lot and not what appeared to be at the bottom of barrel off of someone’s cattle ranch.

Purchased a 1/2 cord of fire wood about a month ago from here. Absolutely did not burn at all .. went through 9 fire starters completely soaked it water like a sponge. I thought this place was higher quality? Maybe I got a bad batch but completely soaked in water…

I've shopped here numerous times over the past few years. Beautiful center. They do carry a higher end inventory, which means you will pay for the higher end inventory :) The staff has always been extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I've never had an issue receiving help... remembering hired help is in short supply these days :(

I haven't done any plant/garden shopping here, but I can tell you their grilling & BBQ section is second to none in the area! Huge selection of equipment, accessories and spices/rubs! I don't live close but don't mind the drive to shop here.
