This was originally going to be a lower rating than 5 stars. There was some miscommunication with the folks there about a delivery of rocks. After not getting them when I was originally told I would, the manager, Kevin I believe, took it upon himself, had the truck loaded and delivered the product within 20 minutes of me phoning.
Fantastic customer service right there. Thanks and we will be back again for more product.

My wife and I have always relied on this place for our annual pellet needs. This year, there was a slight hiccup with our order ending up at the neighbor’s (yes, all 3 pallets). But the moment they opened up the next day, they were on it. The team quickly corrected the mistake with professionalism and a friendly demeanor. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers, and such service reaffirms why we’ll remain loyal customers. Kudos to the team for their swift and courteous response!

With today's buy it online and hope it's such a pleasure there's still a good ol fashioned garden center staffed with knowledgeable staff who take their time to explain things. Looking for a new grill and Richard took his time and walked me through the myriad subtle differences with no high pressure sales talk. Looking forward to getting a new grill from him once the wife gives the all clear.

A bit high priced on the hanging plant I bought, but for the convenience & plentiful choices, it was well worth it! This is a nice garden store with lots of offerings.
