We had a great experience with the pharmacy. Even though we had a little wait time, they were very kind about it and assured us that we would be taken care of. I’m definitely returning to this pharmacy for future vaccines.

People with appointments should have more of a priority than ones who are walk ins. I am completely disappointed in the process here. I will be going to the one in Pikesville. Also, I did our registration online twice for two people and the paper did not print out. Go back to making everyone setting up an appointment‼‼

Friday evening pharmacy tech told me my insurance is not covering my child meds and waited a hr for the other tech to check my insurance and still told me insurance not covering meds and I had to pay outta pocket almost $100 because my child needed his meds. Called my insurance company Monday they said those meds Are Indeed covered and they call them to verify. Please have my refund ready! Y’all wasted my time

Made an appointment online for COVID booster and filled out all necessary paperwork. Arrived 15 minutes early and got checked in. After an hour I was still waiting with no end in sight. The line for vaccinations grew to the point that we were in the way of people attempting to come into the store to shop. I removed my name and left. There was no order or apparent process. I am sure the staff was happy to see people just leaving as it was getting out of control. ** Update: Despite me telling them that I was leaving and taking down my name they still billed my insurance for services that they did not provide.

I've have good experiences with this Pharmacy. The easy fill option is quite convenient too. Keep in mind that they are only part of the equation. When dealing with insurance companies, things often get complicated.

They keep messing up my prescription by giving me the wrong quantity or the wrong number of doses and never have it in stock, I always have to wait multiple days.

This location in particular is pretty decent. Parking can sometimes be tight in the lot since it's located in a shopping center on busy days/weekends. I normally don't have an issue with finding the items I need and I've only gotten seafood from the counter so I cannot speak to the deli or meat counter. There have been instances where a lot of the self checkouts would be closer which led to long lines for the cashier aisles but it happens every so often. This location also has a PNC branch inside which is convenient as well.

I typically visit this location only when I am coming from a nearby store located in the same shopping plaza. The few times I have visited this Giant location the lines have been long. During my last visit on a Sunday evening, the lines were so long they extended into the aisles. Using the self check out was frustrating because the belt did not recognize when an item had been scanned. I'd recommend this location consider a remodel, like many grocery stores currently are doing, and get rid of the belt technology in the self checkout lines.
