Equity Lending LLC is one of the best if not the best hard money lenders out there. Over the years I’ve worked with them to get many deals done, my experience has been seamless, pleasant and very positive and without them I wouldn’t have been able to grow my rental properties portfolio this quickly. Unlike other hard money lenders who are only interested in collecting fees and interest on the loan, this company will advise you not to buy if the deal is bad which is not very common from a hard money lender. The expertise that this lender brings to the table is second to none, these guys are trustworthy, honest, and will deliver the funds to close the deal. I highly recommend them

After going to numerous banks and being given the run-around with lots of documents and fees, my mortgage loan was not approved. Then I heard about Equity Lending from a friend who has been dealing with them for a long time. I thought I would give it a try, especially that there was no cost involved for the application. Within 15 days my financing was in place and I could close on my investment property. That is after being delayed for over 2 months by the commercial bank with empty promises and countless paperwork and waste of time! This is the only way to go in the future. Thanks Equity Lending.
