And only one advice when doing so at any CVS location make sure that you CLIP your DIGITAL COUPONS in your CVS app on your phone or,computer before shopping! SECOND ADVICE.. ?sign up for the CVS CARE PLUS MEMBERSHIP... your first month is FREE and they give you a free $10 to shop for the first month and then the second going on forward you will be charged $5 a month but the good thing is that you get it right back because they give you a $10 extra bucks to shop at CVS so it is a ?% WIN-WIN SAVINGS ‼️‼️ PLEASE BELIEVE me when I say it is definitely WORTH IT!!?

Worst experience, The store was junky and not clean. Cashiers did not know how to ring up a sale item and apply it. They could not explain why they was having a problem. A manager had to intervene. It took soo longer to cash out, about 20 minutes. I know everybody needs a job, but please, trained them properly.

I've had the worst experience at a pharmacy, here. Staff did not understand how to input information correctly which led to multiple back and forths with my physician. I would highly recommend avoiding this pharmacy at all costs!!

I can never speak to anyone by phone - there is always a recording. I can not get my questions answered unless I'm there in person. It's very frustrating.

Generally I always ordered photos at cvs 21136 but on December 22 I ordered some photos and there was no service at cvs 21136 so I had to place the order at cvs 21117, the service was too bad I paid for 7 photos and they only delivered me 4 photos, very unpleasant and unfriendly people, even a lady tried to take photos and they never gave her any help, which is why she ended up leaving without photos. I do not recommend this place!!! ?

Even though the parking lot's full but when you get inside there's Harley anyone in there because the store is so big all the shelves are stocked to the fullest no empty shelves service is good Pharmacy line is short all the staff members that work there are so helpful and kind

I use CVS for my prescriptions in Ellicott City and have no complaints. However, my stepson went to the Reistertown CVS for a vaccine shotand the nurse was mumbling and cursing him under her breath. She called him “dickless” for waiting so long for the shot. I was not there or I would have gone to the manager (that’s next). If this nurse hates her job so much, go fo something else!

Treid to transfer a prescription from one CVS to another which the website said I could do and which the original CVS store said could be done. Was then informed by a very rude, unhelpful person in the pharmacy that for some reason the prescription was cancelled. Very unhelpful. I am switching to Rite Aid.

Ordered a photo order online and got a confirmation it was ready, it wasn’t available at my local CVS so I drove all the way out to this location which is absolutely unpleasant in and of it self. I then get there to pick up my moms birthday present with her in the car waiting, they proceed to tell me they don’t have the stuff available to fulfill the order, even though I got a confirmation that it was completed. They proceed to try and charge me more for something different and said I had to go back online and go through the whole process again. Never go here or order photos.
