I have been to this jewelry store on several occasions, however today will be my last time doing business with this store. I went to have a battery replaced and two links removed from my watch band due it being too large. I was asked do I want a one year battery or a five year battery? I chose the five year battery and was told it would be twenty dollars which I thought was rather high but I figured it would save me time. I didn't ask how much it would be to remove the two links but I never thought it be thirty- five dollars. When my watched was returned the sales lady stated it will be fifty-five dollars. It is shameful that a businessman (if this what he calls himself) would charge outlandish prices to those coming to him for services. I hope that he has a very happy holiday and enjoy those fifty,- five dollars because he will never see me cross his threshold EVER again.

Trust me when I say do not go to this place. I went to sell gold and they told me 1000 for all. I went to diamond exchange and got 2300 for all. They lie they try to act like they know the market as they purposely under estimate for profit gain. It's wrong and it's completely unprofessional. I walked out because I researched market value of gold knowing I wouldn't get total value but to give me less than half of actual value is insane. I asked what he thought about the value he said it's not what I think it's what I know.. stay away from this place they will give you a lot less than what it's actual value is. Its sad companies like this exist

Terrible! I hope no one waste their money here! I bought something online from them they sent me the wrong item! Then when I asked for the correct one they told me it would 200 more than what they originally told me it would be! Then they sent me a warranty I never wanted or asked for or agreed to for $250. They said they won’t give me my money back for it. What a joke these people are and don’t know how to do business .. I’ll be speaking to my lawyers about this crime of taking my money…

I needed two watches fixed. A high priced watch needed a battery and an heirloom needed some repair. The jeweler was familiar with both of them. The battery was easy, but he asked to keep the other longer to be sure it was not running slow. When I went to pick them up he recognized me right away. It had been a while since I got back there (my delay) and he knew my watches as soon as I came in the shop. He is so kind and helpful. I hope everyone uses his services because of his knowledge and integrity
