Always friendly!! Have used this cleaners for about 3 years. My clothes(shirts and pants) always come back looking great. I check my articles before I leave them to see if there are any marks or issues that need to be addressed. If I have any, I go over it with them. They are great people(not like the Big Cleaners.)Service: Delivery

Was referred to this location by one of their satisfied customers. Very happy to have found a family owned business that provides excellent service. Mrs. Lim is very detailed and takes pride in business. This will be my new go to cleaners whenever I need dry cleaning or alterations.

I highly recommend this cleaners- they are much much more than cleaners - they handle all sorts of sewing alterations and rent formal wear that can be ordered from a comprehensive catalog - but above all they are a caring part of our local community developing relationships over years with many customers. For instance my family has 3 generations using this cleaners over the last 10 years! On many occasions I have brought complex sewing and/or cleaning messes to this cleaners and they have always given extra effort to provide an affordable and attractive solution! Try them out and you will be happy you did! You will enter the store as a customer but leave as a friend!They know your name and you are always glad you came! :-)

The purpose of a dry cleaner is to clean. If this goal has not been met, the cleaner has failed. Chemical stains & wrinkles. I dropped off between 8 - 10 pieces of articles of clothing. 2 pairs of pants came back with wrinkles on the buttocks region. I did not think to complain as the the pants had been very wrinkled & the other garments appeared to be well pressed and cleaned. **One of my favourite dress shirts upon pick up had chemical spills (large yellow stains) on the front and back of the shirt that were not there before drop off. I gave the cleaner a week's time & only half of the spills had been removed. The blame was first thrown at me for "not noticing the spill" then I was told "these things happen". When asked for a refund or even partial refund I was denied.** I made mention that I was not here to make a fuss, but I will not return my business and also leave a review.

We went in for alterations on a pair of slacks. The woman was on a 3 way video call the whole time she was doing the measurements. When we got the slacks back they didn't fit right because the rear seam was not centered. Won't be going back. My advice is get off the phone and pay attention to what you're doing when servicing a customer.

I visit here regularly to drop off my clothes for cleaning and alterations, and they always do a great job. Owners are very nice and it is always a pleasure to give them a visit.
