Carpetbeggars is nothing short of amazing. With three floors filled with every kind of quality hand-knotted carpet, we can’t imagine going anywhere else. We went there with our grandchildren, looking for Persian runners for our guest room and Donna took the time to listen to us and ensure that we located the perfect pair. Our grandkids had a blast exploring each level and every nook and cranny of this unique and historic building. I can only say that if you’re looking for something special, go directly to Carpetbeggars.

Donna and her team are wonderful. You will learn so much, and you'll really be able to appreciate not only the value of your rug, but of others you may see. Wish I had a bigger home and needed more rugs!

All I can say is you haven't lived until you've been to this eclectic Reisterstown warehouse and spent an afternoon flipping rugs with Donna! The Mrs. dragged me out there looking for rugs I didn't think I liked or wanted. Was I ever wrong. Hearing all Donna had to say really gave me a new appreciation for Persian rugs. That's a good thing, because we bought two! Call and make the appointment!

I found the perfect pink Oushak for my daughter's room. Her favorite color is pink and she is in heaven with her rug. Thank you Carpetbeggars for the great find. One rug put the whole room together!

Hidden gem! We picked up a fantastic 8x10 rug here at a surprisingly cheap price. The owner was very welcoming.

I went in to purchase one rug and walked out with three very beautiful rugs! I went to a few rug dealers and these rugs were beautiful and very reasonably priced. I love my new rugs I purchased. Id recommend checking out these high end quality rugs .

A friend invited me to join her on a trip to Carpetbeggers, yesterday. What an amazing place! Hundreds of gorgeous antique and modern rugs ( all sizes), coupled with a very knowledgeable and entertaining owner who was happy to educate us on the folklore , regions, and history of her collection. We had a great time. The prices are very reasonable, and we are thrilled with our treasures. I can't wait to go back. I highly recommend Carpetbeggers!

This place is the most incredible hidden gem! It's extremely difficult to find - when Donna, the owner, gives you directions on how to find it over the phone when you make the appointment, pay attention or you will get lost! (Note that it is by appointment only). It is in an extremely old, bare bones building that doesn't have any heat... But when you go inside you will be just astounded at the number of extremely beautiful, high quality, one of a kind rugs that Donna has. We went in looking for one rug, and ended up with two for a much lower total price than it would have cost to just get one at any other store. The moment we need any more rugs we will be coming back... Though we may never need to because I'm sure these rugs will easily become heirlooms and last literally for generations.
