Been shopping there since I moved to the area. I bought a defective can of holding spray. I thought I would be able to do an simple exchange. However, I was told I could not even though I’m there almost every other week purchasing hair product. They were okay with me walking out without doing the exchange. The other part that really upset me was that the woman acted as she had never seen me before. That showed me I’m only good when I’m spending. So sad. Will never step foot inside the store ever again.

best beauty supply in the area, i drive a couple of extra miles for it. great hair colors and options. always stocked on kiss press on nails when target and other beauty supply stores are out. there is a huge supply of lashes and they always seem to stay in stock of a lot. love this new local favorite!

The owners in here are racist and the policies they have in the store don't make any sense. The only person who speaks and understands English is African American girls who work there.

? this store. Prices are great. Love all the different colors of hair dye. Shop here once a month for hair dye. Very nice people. Clean, store always stocked with products. Come check out this store. You will ? it.

I didn't realise we needed this place until I visited and saw what they had to offer. This place has everything that you would need in a hair store! In addition to hair products they had other novelties such as natural oils, accessories such as hats, and other trinkets that people like. I ran in to get 1 - 2 items and was able to grab them quickly but I also wanted to add the biggest thing that stood out was customer service! As soon as I crossed the threshold I was greeted by someone and upon checking out the person who helped me was very kind. You guys know with me, customer service always wins! Can't wait to go back!

I was out and about on a Saturday afternoon and decided to stop in for a few natural hair care products. I was greeted when I arrived, however I was disappointed that when I asked if a particular item was carried and where it was, a young African girl who worked there seemed as if she was bothered with me asking her questions. Everything I had in my hands was put back and I took my business where I felt respected.

Beauty supply that just recently opened in the area; I stopped by the other evening to pick up a scarf and a few other things I needed for my hair. The location is right next to the Giant in the cherryvale plaza so parking is provided. I was greeted by a young lady upon entering the store and also by another young lady. The place is easy to navigate and very neat on the inside. Within a few minutes I had what I needed and then went to check out. I plan to visit again to check out everything they have but overall it was a good first experience.
