“Never any problems at this branch. Sometimes there is a line but it usually goes fast. I mostly engage with the tellers, not the customer service area but everyone is nice and professional.About others posting comments of discontent, if you feel you get less than stellar service, approach the manager and work it out. Don’t come online and gripe as that never gives the bank the chance to make you happy.”
“You know when you're in line and thought to yourself, I should have used the drive through... I applaud the Wells Fargo Tellers for their professional manner in dealing with that one person who has no common sense with Banking. Or this individual was just being sketchy. Who knows? Just glad the drive thru Teller came to my rescue and I was able to make my deposit. We all shook out heads after this individual left. Lol”
“My husband and I have been very pleased with the service that we have received with the different transitions of this bank. We have been with them from Reisterstown Federal until Truist. We find is important to make an appointment for business needs. The bank employees have always been most capable of meeting our needs when we plan ahead.”
