“Nice community. Management provides good customer service. Maintenance handles service calls promptly. Only issue is my neighbors above me. The noise disruption from the neighbors above me is terrible and making me seriously considering moving. I’ve complained too many times for no change. Oh and the pool is a baby pool. Too small to do anything.”

“I really like the area and the apt. So clean. Our agent Fatima Brown was very welcoming and pleasant showing us around the area the gym, laundry center very pleasant. We asked about discount for First responders, but they didn't. I love the place.”
“Theres everything you need all in one area. Sit down restaurants, quick food pick up. Boba Teas, pharmacy, salon. The public library and public transportation is here. Housing and a nice new hotel with a venue. Parking garages with security guards and cameras. Right up the hill is the movie theater and just a few steps away is a Costco, Giant grocery store. More places to eat, Sephora a gas station. Nice area with grass and trees around. Looks like living in the country with the convenience of city living. I highly recommend this area!”

“Beautiful Beautiful Beautiful is what I would describe the process with dealing with Carriage Hill Apartment.The entire staff was beautiful helped me step by step throughout my entire process. I was in a rush to move in little than 5 days and they worked with me and I was in by 3 days tops. A quick shout out to Candice, Miyah, Britney all of them were amazing.

“It's a very quiet neighborhood with some nice scenic views. The process for approval went smoother than I anticipated and moving in was a breeze with the knowledgeable staff. I think one of the best things about this complex is the design and layout of the apartment themselves - it's practical and there's so much you can do with the space you're given. Not only that, but it's quaint and cozy.”
“I have lived here for many, many years. Although time has passed and Leasing Managers, procedures, etc. have changed. I still am comfortable and at home in this community.
In my opinion, if there are any negative comments made, in MOST cases, it is most likely, from the short coming of the complainant.
Whenever there are issues; I immediately contact the office to address communal issues, and it is handled accordingly. "A squeaky wheel gets oiled".
If my views change, I will not hesitate to state facts about my experience.”
“Used to live here. Come to visit. You have to be buzzed in. Lobby clean. Able to park in handicapped space.Is a wheelchair accessible building.Has 4 floors & 2 elevators. Rent due by the 5th of the month. A washer & dryers is located at the ends of all floors. They issue laundry cards. There is a machine used to put money on the card. A community room is available for use. Bingo is held every Tuesday. Nice place to live.”

& I sent pictures. But, as you know--front office is the go-to contact when you can't get to someone or things don't go right.
This should have been done week's ago.
I wanna give a shout out to the ladies in the front office.
We've been having issues with our Apt for sometime now and its taking longer then normal to resolve them. They are done now, however- thru my rants, they stayed poised & professional.
They were maintenance problems so it really had nothing to do with them.
There is an emergency phone line & a portal to put in request. So, I went in on the portal, I sent emails, I made calls
I'll say--I can be a lil impatient when it comes to things being done; especially when it deals with cleanliness--- my OCD is serious. But kudos to You All, Ladies.
