“Theres everything you need all in one area. Sit down restaurants, quick food pick up. Boba Teas, pharmacy, salon. The public library and public transportation is here. Housing and a nice new hotel with a venue. Parking garages with security guards and cameras. Right up the hill is the movie theater and just a few steps away is a Costco, Giant grocery store. More places to eat, Sephora a gas station. Nice area with grass and trees around. Looks like living in the country with the convenience of city living. I highly recommend this area!”

“We just recently had the apartment doors replaced in my building. They are beautiful, but the apartment letters weren't on the new doors when they were installed. I made a maintenance request, and got a letter on my door within 2 or so days. I wish that all the renter's in the building would have gotten theirs too, but I will take what I can get. The rating is for all my maintenance requests. Maintenance has been very responsive to all my requests. Also, I use the resident portal to send messages to the office with concerns. That seems to be the best way to reach them. Overall, my experience here has been very good. Thank you.”
“Our leasing agent Denise is a god send for over a year with the property being sold my main bathroom was left in non working condition and also the floors they out my apartment severely damaged from flooding she kept her word and made sure it got done correctly I can’t thank her enough just for keeping her word that means a lot at times apartment complexes promise things they can’t deliver she kept her word thank you again”

“i am happy with my work request. they were fast and thorough, However. they did not leave indication that they were in my apartment and did they work. i realized that they completed the work later after trying the disposal.”
“Used to live here. Come to visit. You have to be buzzed in. Lobby clean. Able to park in handicapped space.Is a wheelchair accessible building.Has 4 floors & 2 elevators. Rent due by the 5th of the month. A washer & dryers is located at the ends of all floors. They issue laundry cards. There is a machine used to put money on the card. A community room is available for use. Bingo is held every Tuesday. Nice place to live.”
“We have been here a month and really like this place so far.The apartments are nicely sized, clean, and no bugs.It's quiet and cozy with a low key vibe.We had a few maintenance issues at first but they were taken care of fast! Terrell the new property manager is nice and super helpful. He was very accommodating getting us in here. Looking forward to making this our home.update: Two months in and still loving it! We really appreciate the quiet atmosphere.”
