I called this branch to see if I needed to make an appointment to have some documents notarized I was told I did not. So I go got there 9:30 AM I was ask if I made an appointment I told the women whati was told. She then said the person I needed to see was with a customer, I said I could wait, the women that was doing the notary work came upto me and said she wouldn't be able to see. I was furious because I was getting misinformation. Do not go to this branch the customer service is deplorable.

Very badly customer service I make appointment 5/30/2024 at 2 pm I arrived 1:40 i waiting to 3 pm no one helped me , I never make appointments in this branch again I don’t wanna waste my time again it’s one the worst branch’s .

This is the worst worst bank I have ever been to. Takes 3 hours to do the easiest transaction and multiple employees just doing nothing

I went into Wells Fargo of randallstown I greeted by the first teller Liz, who was extremely helpful to me, I truly appreciate her professionalism and the pride she put into her job. Tracy the second teller was extremely helpful as well. Both tellers made my day a lot easier they deserve a raise. I only gave five stars because he wouldn’t let me give any more. I waited in the drive thru for 5-+ minutes. Another customer drives up who does the teller talk to first of course the person who just placed her banking in the shoot. I pressed call and the teller is salty with me stating they are helping customers in the lobby as if I was the one with the problem. How is that the customers problem? Then she said thank you for patience as if it killed her. Why in our neighborhoods? Or has being rude become the norm?

The worst bank in the area. The lines are always long, and everyone works slow or their system is just consistently down and slow. Never ever will be coming back to this bank. Stayed in the drive-through line 20 minutes and yet there are three cars ahead of me. So much for convenience so much for trust. Will be closing my account next week.

I truly love this location in Randallstown as I have ALWAYS had wonderful experiences, they even would give me a lollipop once in a while. My most favorite employee there is the Manager Luke!! Luke is an exceptional Manager, always willing to help and helped me manage my business account for my daycare business and other business over the years. I am not sure about the other bad reviews but I have had a totally opposite experience there and we are dating back to 2012. I can't wait to see this location back to full capacity, brightly lit and looking alive again. Covid has really done us all bad. Luke!! for all the years of awesome service CHEERS, thank you and I appreciate your awesome service towards me over the years. I hope this message gets to your Manager because I also love how you treat your staff of Professionals as I have witnessed over time!! A pure sweetheart and very understanding. Unbelievable management. I walked in to wire some money. Apparently the banker was too busy to help me. With only 3 customers in the bank, I sat in the lobby, waiting for a banker to help me. I sat for 30 minutes with no updates or feedback. Since there were no customers I finally inquired about when someone would help me. The response was they didn’t know how long it would be, even though here were no other customers. It took less than 30 minutes for me to drive to another branch. They so wasted my time, and had the nerve to have a plaque of Henry Wells on the wall with his motto on GREAT customer service.The only reason I’m giving a 3 and not a 1 is because the tellers were very nice and tried to help me. They kept calling to see when.
