On 12/23/2023 I went on line because I was looking for a tablet for my son who has down syndrome, he recently broke his so I had to find one, Yes , it was last minute but when I went on line it said that they had it in the store and it would be ready 2 hours after I ordered it. I purchased it on line, I went up to the store about 5pm, I asked d could I get earlier than 530pm and they said no I had to wait so I went in the car and waited till 530pm. I then got a text that said my order was delayed I went to the side door for the curbside pickup and I was told that they had 10 call outs because of covid and they are behind. No managers were available and it was alot of young kids working trying to figure stuff out.I was told to just wait. I waited 2 more hours and then I asked for a refund. I was told if I cancel it would take 3 to 5 days before I get my money back but I could come in the store and just purchase. When I decided I would wait a few more minutes I got a text that said item is unavailable. I was heated. I went to the door and was told they didn't know what but I could get it delivered in a few days.Their service is un organized. They are all over the place and backed up with orders. Yes it's the holiday but they are like this everyday , all day , all year. Now I have to wait for my refund and now go somewhere else and spend the amount again which I don't have.

Download the app, it will help you check out faster. You can scan as you go versus putting everything on the register for self checkout. You know they have 3 cashiers max working.

I waited over 2 hours for a Uber Eats pickup for 2 people. I was told repeatedly by the same workers that it would be out really soon. I waited and waited and was there from 7:10pm to 9:15pm and nothing came out. Waited out in the cold at the door after the same person reviewing the names of my order just for them to stay in the back for an additional 10-15 minute then come back out forgetting about me altogether. I decided to just leave after 2 hours missing out on $60 for the night. I wasted the rest of my night there when I could have been home with my family or doing additional orders to make additional money. Times are hard out here , I don't have time to be waiting long hours just for Walmart to ruin my chances of making extra money I could use. I will never come back to this Walmart again. Not even for myself. Forget this place.

Self checkout is a joke. Less staff on hand to help when there is a problem.Not enough manned checkouts open. Unacceptable. Stop these massive profits for your shareholders and pay your staff to man the checkouts

This is the worst Walmart in Baltimore County. However, the location is convenient. Prior to walking in the doors you must say a prayer for PATIENCE. No reason I am in the line longer than what I came in the store to get. Check out stations are NECESSARY and vital at the grocery area and the other entry of the store. The staff seem lost without guidance. This store clearly needs major help so why are managers not hiring for cashiers. Why are there 13+ checkout registers and only 4 workers are on the register. Please make that make sense and hiring more people. This location is always hiring but where are the applicants.

WalMart has become an irritant for me. I only go when I absolutely have to. The workers dress like they've just gotten up from bed and if you ask them about an item you're looking for, this is the answer you will get - no matter what State or city:"If it's not on the shelf then we don't have it. The truck comes at midnight, but we don't know what they're delivering. " Now this puzzles me because SOMEONE HAD TO PUT IN AN ORDER???I dislike the experience. If I have to go, I run and get what I need as fast as I can and get out!

They did have a good amount of registers open, but the lines were still in the clothing section. I waited in line for like, 30 minutes. I was in the fast check out, I only had 2 items

A Truly honest and good customer purchase some jewelry online upon arrival merchandise intact beautiful but earrings too big in size for my daughter took to store in Randall's Town to customer service for return Item scanned get my Reciept. merchandise was there when I get home next day get an email seller stating items didn't match up& didn't get What was returned staff stole it I'm done with Walmart staff stealing from customers My refund was canceled. Heartbroken

The are getting 3 stars for the people. Other than that it would be a 1 star. The people are nice but the store always has long lines. It never fails. Either managers aren’t scheduling people accurately for shifts depending on trends, a lot of workers are calling out or managers aren’t appropriately placing people on registers. I bought a bike here and again the people were helpful, but I saw like 4-5 employees hanging out. Just hanging out talking to each other. I did curbside pick up and I only had to wait a few minutes and once again, great customer service. They hire great people but have poor management in place.

WORST STORE EVER, DIRTY, GNATS are a big problem there especially at their subway there’s gnats in the cookies! The cashiers forget to give you your groceries because their so busy talking FRONT END IS JUST TERRIBLE i would not recommend shopping here, i bought a bag of chips that i didn’t realize was busted open a whole the size of a grain of salt, THE MORNING TEAM AT THIS STORE ARE COMPLETELY LAZY no one is doing their job it just makes me SOOOooo sad to see Walmart going downhill like this honestly! FIRE EVERYONE FROM THE MORNING CREW and find better staff no one is available to help with issues they have rude looks on their faces like they hate you and they never met you! Worst experience…..i will never be returning to this store again THE ONLY GOOD EXPERIENCE I HAD WAS BEING GREETED AT THE FRONT DOOR.

Should not be called supercenter, long checkout lines, no self checkout counters. Positive things: cheap good quality fruits and veggies, staff tries best to keep up with stocks esp on grocery aisles. Parking can be a challenge, you need patience at this store.

I ordered photos yesterday, received a text saying to pick them up, and arrived at the store to be told that the photos center was closed. A manager sent me home without my photos. When I returned the next morning to collect them, the photo center employee gave me a package of photos, I specifically asked him if it was my entire order (since it seemed light) and he assured me that it was. We clarified the number I had ordered and agreed on the number. I left the counter, only for him to follow me with another package of my photos, saying he had found more. When I got home, I counted my photos to find that 45 were still missing. When I attempted to contact the store, the phone rang and rang before hanging up on me four times. This store has atrocious service and is a waste of money, considering that they don't give the items ordered.

Waited in like for 30 minutes just to have the cashier turn his light off and walk away 20 minutes after I got in line. Expecting me to go get back in lines that were 15 people long. Yall suck. Was told there was no manager available. The lady behind me even commented whe. He turned the light off but didn't say anything to us already being in line.

5 gallon water area to purchase looks like this? I’m just wandering if it would look like this in ellicott city? Not!!! Shameful ! Came to purchase water & approached shelves with trash & empty comptainers! Shameful!!! Pickup area have long wait times up to & over 2 hrs. Where is the District Manager for this store it’s terrible!!

After shopping over an hour and picking out half a cart of items + some black sneakers10 minutes to checkout and I leave for a minute to get tissues and toilet paper.Come back and I’m scrambling to find my cart was 20 ft away! Went to the front and found it. No apology, just talk back. And jokes and laughing from the 7 or so employees there when I walked to checkout. I explained this is not helpful and I have 5 minutes. She says you going to check out? No apology. The announcement 5 minutes left to shop .. got home and the sneakers were not in the cart.I’m upset . Also socks not in cart
