DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY!! They are the worst, most problematic pharmacy with the rudest staff members I have ever dealt with. On multiple occasions, several different pharmacists who work at this location have made it as difficult as possible for me to get my needed RXs. This pharmacy and their staff are absolutely abhorrent so I will be switching to a new pharmacy immediately and highly recommend everyone else do the same.

If you have the option to use literally any other money service center, don't bother coming here. 80% of the 30ish times I've come to this specific money center, they'll say it's closed. Doesn't matter what time it is, what day of the week, how busy the rest of the store is, it'll be closed. I've seen them try to tell a line of 20 people whove been waiting in line that "the money center is closed now, so leave" at 430ish on a Friday, like how's that even make sense? Honestly I wish I could give it 0 stars because it's ridiculous. Don't get me wrong, I totally understand sometimes computers are down, there's emergencies or they're super short staffed BUT that's NEVER been the reason. I've been told only #2 different reasons each and every time.#1 "We don't have enough people" while there's always AT LEAST 3-4 employees standing along the front stretch talking and laughing, one of em is always a manager. If a couple people build up at the money center and complain enough, the manager will then call for someone to come up there.#2 "The system only lets (enter one specific employees name here) log in here, only they can work this specific register" Now I've never worked at a Walmart but I've worked customer service at plenty of other stores and you really mean to tell me that Walmart, a place that's got 40-50 on the clock at any given time, has only a single solitary person allowed to cash checks in the whole entire store??? ??The best part is that in most cases, after the money center line gets longer and people get more and more annoyed because they're been waiting for 15-20 mins by now for this magic single check cashing employee to show up, one of the people in that group that's been standing up front and gossiping the entire time decides to walk over and do their job ??The whole store in general is a hot mess but the money center especially is just incredibly unprofessional and very poorly managed. Why have the hours listed from 6am-11pm if youre not going to actually be open hardly ever? Just close the whole section and stop wasting people's time

Walmart need better check readers cause I seen the customer service person tell 5 different people that it didn't read their checks and the check reader don't always read checks just throw the whole system away

This is one store that is horrible. The curbside pick-up is off the hook, you wait over 1 hour for groceries. I pulled up in the parking lot and there was only 1 car for the curbside; now it's 2 since I pulled up. I look up and no one is coming out the door with people's groceries. I look up after listening to my radio so as not to get upset and see at least 5 more cars pulled up for curbside. Now I'm upset, I see someone take groceries to a car that was doordash service. I was upset because this person's car had just pulled up. So I tried to call the #443-202-0292 pick up and you got a man staying leave a message and you cannot leave a message because the voice mail is full. I called other Walmart #'s curbside like Sykesville Walmart and someone would answer. They have great customer service and you do not need to wait long at all. Sometimes they might be out of some of the items you requested so I need to use the Liberty Road store OMG I say. It happens each and every time. I'm so Upset Because the number does not work and they just need to remove the number off the board that is in front of you parking for curbside.Horrible Service at this store be aware

If I could zero, I would. My friend asked where he could find an item. The employee said "I have no idea". 30 minutes for express checkout? Get it together! Absolutely 2 thumbs down!

This Walmart has to have the worse Senior Leadership known to man. For pick ups for customers and drivers who deliver on behalf of customers. Thus is the worst customer experience I have seen in my life. Waiting over an hour for anything that say ready for pick-up is ridiculous. I am sure it is known the demand for this particular location but do the leadership care? Do you even care for those young workers who brings the items out and get harassed daily due to the leadership of this Randallstown location? I have been to several Walmart in Baltimore, Howard, Harford, and Carroll counties and never get this poor experience Ever!. You can't even park for pick-ups because your so far behind it seems everyday. Always low staff, or disgruntled staff(I guess I understand when they feel like they are drowning). Please corporate investigate this location and its leadership. Reducing orders for this location is not the answer for I'm sure the company wants to make money. I wish I could add a picture of this parking lot so everyone can see this madness.

Update Nov 2022Pickup and Grocery pickup need to be separated. I've been waiting for 25 minutes for my groceries. While they bring out one two products ppl could pickup in the front of the store. Review Fall 2021Just moved to the area about 2 months ago from an area with 4 Super Walmart's within 10-12 minutes of my house depending on the direction I wanted to drive. I have heard stories about this walmart and they live up to it. I was warned not to shop here but I've been doing walmart grocery pick up for 4 years. Some Walmart's are better at it than others. The Randallstown store is the latter. If you chose to use the service check your items before pulling away. They will give you substitutes without indicating a sub in the app of the 3 orders I've picked up each order I was given substitutes without the option to reject them. As i type this review, I've been here for like 45 minutes bc the "pickers" forgot several items from my order. All the important stuff... bacon , strawberry lemonade, eggs, Lactose free milk. Either way the leader Patrick was very apologetic and after checking with his supervisor came back to my truck and took pics of the missing items from the list on my phone. He went in an picked them himself.Thanks Patrick!To management- You are the only Walmart in the area. Because of that I'm sure the traffic to your store is really heavy. Tighten up.

All I needed was a frickin flash drive. I'm so irritated beyond words at the ignorant rude ugly thing working the electronics section. Apparently this woman needs fired because she can't do a single thing of her job. I ask for help and she rudly tells me she will be there in a minute. well after 10 minutes of waiting , I go to advise I still need help. She wasn't even there anymore! And I walked through several isles looking for her for over 5 minutes with many staff members observing me. And no one helped or offered help! I JUST WANTED TO BUY A FLASH DRIVE AND GO HOME!. literally worst walmart in the planet. Might as well shut down this location it's so terrible. All the other terrible ratings and reviews on this location is just proof of that.

Absolute worse. This walmart has more associates walking the floor than they have at the registers. Every time I come in here I have to wait in line forvat least 20 min . It is 11: 56 on a Wednesday an I have 4 items I'm still waiting line while 2 associates are on there phone or playing around. This is ridiculous. They do nt even have self check out

Its the closest to me but one of the worst. The lines are always too long. The staff is mostly rude or indifferent. Many walk around using profanity or have inappropriate conversations while stocking shelves. They look at u and dont speak. The pharmacy is super slow and we cant hear each other w the thick barrier they have up for COVID.

Answer your god damn phones I've been calling for the past three hours this is getting ridiculous, I don't wanna come in your store and then realize that you don't have what I need is this is why am calling!!! This is insane you need to fix this issue it's not answering your god damn phones it's starting to piss off people.

Worst Walmart in the area. Always packed. Never fully staffed. Long lines for checkout. Dirty. Filthy. Last time I was there I picked up some things got frustrated with the long wait in line, then left without buying anything. Worst thing to happen was the Owings Mills one shutting down because this one has gotten so much worse than it already was and it was already BAD.Buy online instead or if you need groceries, go down the street elsewhere.

The Pharmacy during COVIDI needed to refill my medication. The clerk mentioned that it was $227 to refill. I'd like to pass out. The last time I filled this prescription it was $15. They transferred me to the pharmacist, Dr. Dave. He shared that I would have to contact my insurance company. He told me exactly what to ask for to help give clarity.I followed his instructions and called my insurance. I said what he told me and the insurance agent was able to explain right away. The said the my deductible had started over but that I could go to goodrx to look for a coupon. I went to the website and saw a coupon for medication that looked like what I needed but something seemed off. I called Dr. Dave at Walmart for advice. He confirmed that that coupon was not for the same dosage. This wonderful man stopped what he was doing to find me a coupon online. I was and am extremely touched. He was able to get my prescription cost from $227 to $98. I am beyond grateful.
