I visited the store on May 18, 2023, @ 8:37 pm. I had the most courteous cashier ever. He was so lovely, professional and offered to help me with my bags. I should've asked his name. I hope management treats him with respect and dignity as he displayed. I will never forget the pleasant interaction.

Worst customer service in America Cause ain't no way I'm sitting in line for 30 minutes just to get medicine that should've been bag up days ago that big fat bitch in there ain't doing her job got time for everything else but to be working....

The pharmacist, Karen Lee, gave the wrong COVID-19 shot ? to my nephew on Wed 12/28/22. We scheduled 2 appointments for him to get his 1st Dose today and 2nd Dose in January of 2023. She gave him a Booster without checking the appointment in the system and reading the form ?. She was lost and confused. She was also rushing. In addition, the pharmacy manager was out on a leave. They were short-staffed and unorganized. The tech, Tiffany, kept ignoring customers. She let her favorites skip the line. The store manager, A. Crosby, was super-unprofessional, rude and had an attitude. She does not know how to communicate with customers in an assertive manner. It was an absolutely horrible experience. They were messing up orders and who knows what shots they’re giving to patients ?. I would NOT ❌ recommend this particular Walgreens Pharmacy location to anyone to get shots and/or pick-up Rxs. Please REPORT any adverse event to CDC and I hope this helps.

If I could give them zero stars I would. This is the most incompetent, useless, unprofessional " pharmacy" I have ever been to! Where do I start. First, they changed their hours now closing at 6pm because they can't keep any staff that want to work there. But you won't know that until you either go in the pharmacy or wait in the drive -thru for 30 minutes. To replace the staff they hired a BUNCH OF INCOMPETENT KIDS! And I do mean kids literally. It's like they hired some local high schoolers. It is ALWAYS and issue getting anything filled. They never answer the phone, you just play a round robin until you hang up. They either need to get some new COMPETENT STAFF or just close. Your playing with peoples lives. Only in this area do you get care or treatment like this UPDATE: I was at the pharmacy on 11/21/22 to pick up a prescription but heaven forbid you come at 5pm whe! close at 6pm you won't get your prescription, so I was told come back the next day on 11/22/22 to pickup the prescription and it would be ready after 2pm by the black male pharmacist, and he also said they would call( which I told y'all NEVER call and he said " that was in the past") so I come at 4pm to give them time because I never got a call and I was told that the pharmacist took the key for the safe home and did not show up to work so they CAN'T FILL ANYTHING! What kind of care is this

I would give this pharmacy ZERO stars if I could. I have had two issues within a months time filling a prescription. Most recent, I pulled into the drive thru line at 5:46-they close at 6. I waited In line for 35 minutes for them to close when I pulled up. I know they could see me in the camera. She gave me every excuse in the book as to why I couldn't get my prescription. The lie she settled on is, "it's not quite ready". The script was called in more than 5 hours ago. I've given Walgreens my scripts for over 25 years, I guess it's time I move on.

The pharmacy itself is the worst. At least the front of the store answers their phone. The pharmacy is horrible. If it's not the long lines inside, or at the drive through, it's that no one hardly answers the phones. I've been using off and on for the past 3 years this pharmacy and switched to Safeway and Giant due to the Walgreens on Liberty Road and Offutt that is just horrible with customer service. The photo department is okay and at times will help out with the front store check out. They don't take prescriptions there but they help with the lines up front when needed. Go somewhere else if you need a prescription or to speak to a pharmacy tech or pharmacist. Oh and a backstory, I was a certified pharmacy tech in Maryland before I changed my professional career path. I can tell you, the GM always made it known that all calls needed to be answered by the 3rd ring and that was by answering the phone, acknowledging that you will be back on the line shortly if you were busy. But to let the phone ring, pick it up and put it back on hold without even saying anything was a grounds for being fired.

The pharmacy line (inside) can be very VERY slow. I have been in line for nearly 10 minutes and only one person has been helped. It appears that the drive through line take precedence, which can be very off putting when you are in line (inside) but you have to wait for the 2+cars that pull up after you've been waiting. I have had situations where my prescription was filled and no one called to inform me. Or, they say a prescription will be ready in 30min and it isn't. The pharmacy leaves (sometimes) a lot to be desired in terms of customer service. There have been many instances where I needed medication and I was told that it would be several hours to, make it, but it's a pain med and all the person needed to do was pull the big bottle and put my prescribed amount in a little bottle. They have GREAT sales and coupons. The staff members are generally helpful and friendly. The store can sometimes be messy. Staff often restocks during the day which creates undo clutter.

I've stopped by this location a couple times recently to grab some items that were on sale and I also had coupons for. The store isn't very well stocked and they only ever have 1 or 2 registers opened. I would call ahead to ask if they have the items you are looking for. If you don't see it on the shelf, ask, because it may be in the back room. Kind and patient employees and managers from what I've seen, and I'm very thankful for that.
