It was a dark skin young guy at the front register working today 10/28/23. Me and my daughter are both sick and I was running around trying to find a humidifier and I was stressed out to the max and when I got to the register he was so kind that I forgot that I was in distress lol my daughter sneezed 50 times and he grabbed her some tissue which may be small to some but huge to me. That interaction made my day alot better

I scheduled a vaccination appointment a week ago. When I went in, I was told the vaccines were out of stock so I'd have to wait a few days for them to be ordered. Yesterday, I called and asked if they were in stock yet. They told me yes, so I booked an appointment. Today at my appointment, I was told they were out of stock hadn't been able to get them in a long time.

The store employees are nice. The pharmacy and employees need a class(es) on customer service and calling patients when a medication(s) are not in stock. They wait until you come back an hour later to let you know. Just stay with your regular pharmacy.

I visited the store on May 18, 2023, @ 8:37 pm. I had the most courteous cashier ever. He was so lovely, professional and offered to help me with my bags. I should've asked his name. I hope management treats him with respect and dignity as he displayed. I will never forget the pleasant interaction.

Worst customer service in America Cause ain't no way I'm sitting in line for 30 minutes just to get medicine that should've been bag up days ago that big fat bitch in there ain't doing her job got time for everything else but to be working....

They keep having my bad reviews deleted! Zero stars. The pharmacy never has anything in stock, you can call them for 3 months (20+ mins on hold each time) and no one will ever pick up, they make mistakes. Its a nightmare. Pay your employees so people will want to work there! This is a safety issue. And the pharmacy closes early all the time!

Horrible. Just got off the phone with the pharmacist who was EXTREMELY rude. They are understaffed and service is very slow. The pharmacy techs have always been nice despite being understaffed. However the pharmacist that I just spoke with on 12/14/22 at 11:00 am (whoever was working at that time) after holding on the phone for an hour was extremely rude and inconsiderate. Go elsewhere if you can.

Please avoid this pharmacy at all costs until serious changes are made. I believe they have too much volume and/or not enough pharmacists. Like many other reviews, I regularly wait 1+ hours to get someone on the phone and usually get an uninterested person on the line. There are exceptions of course but mostly is a headache to get any good service or timely prescriptions here.I know being a pharmacist can be hard work especially during COVID-19 but I hope they can find a way for this not to project into the customer service when folks are just trying to get their medications.

If I could give them zero stars I would. This is the most incompetent, useless, unprofessional " pharmacy" I have ever been to! Where do I start. First, they changed their hours now closing at 6pm because they can't keep any staff that want to work there. But you won't know that until you either go in the pharmacy or wait in the drive -thru for 30 minutes. To replace the staff they hired a BUNCH OF INCOMPETENT KIDS! And I do mean kids literally. It's like they hired some local high schoolers. It is ALWAYS and issue getting anything filled. They never answer the phone, you just play a round robin until you hang up. They either need to get some new COMPETENT STAFF or just close. Your playing with peoples lives. Only in this area do you get care or treatment like this UPDATE: I was at the pharmacy on 11/21/22 to pick up a prescription but heaven forbid you come at 5pm whe! close at 6pm you won't get your prescription, so I was told come back the next day on 11/22/22 to pickup the prescription and it would be ready after 2pm by the black male pharmacist, and he also said they would call( which I told y'all NEVER call and he said " that was in the past") so I come at 4pm to give them time because I never got a call and I was told that the pharmacist took the key for the safe home and did not show up to work so they CAN'T FILL ANYTHING! What kind of care is this

I would give this pharmacy ZERO stars if I could. I have had two issues within a months time filling a prescription. Most recent, I pulled into the drive thru line at 5:46-they close at 6. I waited In line for 35 minutes for them to close when I pulled up. I know they could see me in the camera. She gave me every excuse in the book as to why I couldn't get my prescription. The lie she settled on is, "it's not quite ready". The script was called in more than 5 hours ago. I've given Walgreens my scripts for over 25 years, I guess it's time I move on.

I had a horrible experience at the Pharmacy. I didn't receive my complete quantity of antibiotics and when I called they told me it was too early to refill and I explained I never received the complete prescription from the beginning. My insurance approved an early refill at another Walgreens location however I had to pay my prescription copay again after not getting all the medication the first time.

The pharmacy is the WORST. Was told 3 times on 3 different days to come the next week for 1, just 1 Rx. Pitiful liars.One excuse was they had no inserts to go inside the bag with the medication. They deserve a minus zero.Not to mention everything is overpriced.

I was at this location today for a passport photo. The guy that attended to me was very nice and professional. Caleb made sure I got what I wanted . He does his job gracefully.
