Poor customer service an attitude from the pharmacist..smh need to do better and set an example

Waiting over four hours for a nasal spray. When you call it's always we're working on it please check back within the next hour..I'm going right back to Rite Aid

The store employees are nice. The pharmacy and employees need a class(es) on customer service and calling patients when a medication(s) are not in stock. They wait until you come back an hour later to let you know. Just stay with your regular pharmacy.
