If this is the location of randallstown I want to give a shout out to MISS LOLA she helped me tremendously. I think all of the postal workers are just so nice no matter what location I go to put MISS LOLA was extremely nice and helpful

I have reported multiple missing packages without resolve for months to this post office. The packages that are “lost” are always marked delivered but I have 2 ring cameras pointed at my front door and the carrier is NEVER recorded.The “missing” packages have come from the same vendor every time. Seems highly probable that the carrier is responsible, but why would anyone bother to do their job and follow up on a potential thief within their organization, right?As mentioned in the other reviews, customer is support is abysmal and beyond rude. I encourage anyone to report their issues to the US Postmaster General.

So Black ppl to whom primarily receive service from this location experience the WORST POOREST SERVICE AT THE HANDS OF THEIR IWN BLACK PPL. Delivering to wrong address AT a very high rate..on Average. Rude attitudes. On the phobe while delivering. Never can talk to them without this stereotype black attitude. One was smoking a blunt from what I see. It is an embarrassment that this federal agency allows this low quality service for a very high contributing tax payers . Ppl black ppl need to get more involved and contact their local teps and demand quality. Stop sitting and waiting for a savior. We are a strong upper working class...we deserve better treatment.

Since I started monitoring my mail through the online tool, I’ve seen some improvement. However, I’ve been waiting for a reimbursement check. I saw via the USPS tool that the check was scheduled to be delivered on Friday. I love that the tool provides pictures of each piece of mail to be delivered. I find it very suspicious that every piece of mail was delivered on Friday except the CHECK!!! I checked with my neighbors and it was not delivered. I will be making a formal complaint.

Mr.Howard at the randallstown location was a very condescending, rude and unhelpful employee. He told me the carrier would be out sick for another 4 days and he couldn’t get any information until then. I don’t live in the area anymore so I will have to waste gas and drive back because someone incorrectly marked my mail as undeliverable and then the post office staff didn’t make any urgent effort to locate my package. Not only was the line removing ridiculously slow but most of the staff is rude when they finally get to you. I don’t know why USPS is still employing people that are rude to the customers. There’s no one to hold these people accountable. I wish there was something more that I could do to make the company take out complaints seriously. And we have to PAY for this awful service.

Lost my package...gave me the "run around" for several days...promised me a call back which never came...and finally just received a "sorry" and 1 800 number to call. If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would ??♂️
