“We were desperate. We had a palleted container that needed to be shipped to Columbus, OH. We searched everywhere and found no one to help. Craters and Freighters was suggested so I called!!! OMG!!! Customer service blew me away!!! Before I knew it, a pickup was scheduled and right on time, the truck arrived to pickup our crate!! Their service was exemplary!! It arrived in Ohio in perfect condition and sooner than expected!!! I’m sold on Craters and Freighters!!!!”

“In these troubled times we are truly fortunate to have Postal Secretary at 2833 Smith Avenue, Greenspring shopping center.Today I took a bunch of stuff there, including a blazingly marked Fedex package, for which the sender company had provided a UPS return label.Alisann at Postal Secretary said UPS would not shipsuch a noticeable Fedex package. She offered to sell me a neutral envelop and said she would handle the rest.But before we did that she changed her mind and simply turned the Fedex envelope inside out, creating a gray-colored neutral plastic package. She then carefully razor-moved to old address label, reattached it and repackaged the contents.None of this produced Alisann a penny, but she did it voluntarily and cheerily.Alisann is my Monday Hero!”

“Stopped in to complete my TSA Precheck. The process itself is super easy and pretty quick. The employee there was a little less impressive. I dont know if he spoke too fast or mumbled, but I had to keep asking him to repeat himself. He did not get the hint no matter how many times I asked him to repeat. “I use this store for my Amazon returns a couple times a month. EVERY TIME I have come here, which has been dozens of times over the years they have been helpful and professional. Today I came in right at 5pm fully expecting them to be closed but they helped me and were (as usual) friendly and professional. The guy even helped me tape up my shipping box”
“I've come here a few times to get things printed for special occasions. They are always quick with getting the order ready for me, call me to tell me when it's ready, and things are always accurate. The last time I came in, there was some mix up between how I ordered something and what instructions came to the team. Luis, the team member helping me, went the extra mile to immediately fix it. He checked with me at multiple stages to make sure each item was on the type of paper I wanted and at the size and quantity that I'd intended.
