I am so glad the Walgreens on Liberty Road closed.1. I paid with Goodrx $28 more dollars for my dog's prescriptions. Riteaids prices were do low I didn't need Goodrx. Paid a little over $18 instead of $48.002. Store staff. Pharmacy staff ? better than Walgreens.3. Store cleaner and all staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable.4. NEVER have to wait days for script to be filled.5. Pharmacy ? better than Walgreens.

Affordable pricing. Friendly manager and associates. They keep shelves stock with go to items and hard to find products. They support the community also.

The worst Rite aid services 0 rating was on the pharmacy line for 40 minutes from 7:00 pm to 7:40 still no answer me and my family was a customer here for years not anymore taking my business elsewhere

Dropped by for OTC meds early in the morning, was glad I did. Got what I need, plus snacks, drink, and nutrition shakes. Clean, neatly stacked shelves, Friendly employee at the counter- miles I believe is his name. Store should replenish their sunglasses rack, need new foster and grant wayfarers.

They only got 1 line but there was 2 people at the register makes no sense. Waiting for a pickup order said it would take 5 minutes no one called me.

This pharmacy has gone downhill. For almost two weeks, call in phone system not working. Can't call in refills, check if ready or talk to pharmacy worker. Hitting buttons does nothing. Anyway- today got a text that one of my meds is ready for pickup. NEVER called in or ordered refill on-line as my doctor had been adjusting dose and did not want to pay for meds that were changed or D/C'd. Mentioned phone issues to tech- he said the store was combining with Walgreens and they were working on fixing the system (for TWO weeks???). Then mentioned that I did not call or on-line order refill for my medicine. He said that since phones were not working they put all my meds on Auto-refill. Told him I NEVER approved of this and he said he will take me off auto-refill. Got a text a few minutes later to confirm. Does this company even care about customer service or take the blame for their own mistakes?

They don’t answer the phones in the pharmacy most days. I’ve been going through this issue for maybe the past 3 months. You can’t call to confirm anything or tell them a mistake has been made so you go in just to be told they’re still waiting on the meds to come in or to come back an hour or two later after being told “try calling ahead of time next time” ? today I have been trying to reach them for an hour and a half and it just keeps saying they’re busy with other customers. Why keep telling me call if they don’t answer?

Incredible store, very clean and organized. They've definitely upgraded their stock in the past few years! I remember when I used to feel like Rite Aid was JUST a convenience store for snacks but now they have so much more. A lot more medical items as well! I use to have to go to Walgreens for Theraworx.The associates are always amazing and extremely helpful. The associates and all their hard work are my favorite thing about the store. Sometimes I do wish the prices were a bit cheaper but they do provide coupons and reward points to loyal customers! Besides, I know how difficult it must be to compete with Walmart's prices hahaRite Aid and it's associates make my day, seriously, they're always well informed and polite. They always get the job done and take the time to get you what you need. It's the little things that make having to be on prescription medication easier.Several associates have reminded me of special deals for items I was buying too, they'd even remind me to check the expiration or check it for me before scanning it!I even recall one of the managers making sure an item was ordered for me when I inquired about it's availability and then told me when to expect it in store! I really felt heard and I appreciate that so very much.Thank you so much for all your hard work, guys!

MYRNA … Thank you!!!! Great pharmacy technician with a lot of skills. Went above and beyond and even helped me to get an OTC medication I needed, figured out something with my insurance that was wrong and fixed it immediately , top notch servicepeople like you make this world better.

The customer care representative, Dominique, was extremely rude, uncaring, disengaged, short, and uninviting. She did not welcome me to the store. She did not ask me if I needed any additional services. She did not thank me for coming. In fact, when she sent the prescription over through the drive-thru, she didn’t even turn on her camera to say anything to me. The prescription just appeared, I retrieved it, and I left. The only reason that I know her name is because it’s on the receipt. Most of the customers who come in to pick up prescriptions are in some type of discomfort, not feeling too well, some are extremely ill. I had a tooth extracted today and was in serious pain. To be greeted with such a nasty disposition made my discomfort worse. I have never experienced this type of service from this particular Rite Aid, and hope that I never do again. Otherwise, I will take my business elsewhere. Customer service training is needed immediately for that young lady.
