RYAN and Kirk both need to be fired. This place has the worst customer service I ever seen in my life....order on Sunday, had scheduled delivery for Wednesday then they cancel my order because you didn't like my comments. This place is unprofessional and nasty. Plus they think they own RAC.

I love how they give a courtesy call to remind you of your payment just in case you forgot. I think it’s good for older people so they won’t forget

Your website includes little to no information that’s actually required, and the stringent demands to qualify in store, or at all for items. Misleading the public to drive website, traffic, and foot traffic into your stores just to find out the policies are extremely vigorous. I will never use your service and I’m canceling my membership.

I was goin to buy a bedroom set straight out with no payments monthly..I never received my bedroom set it’s been 6 months now & I never even got any updates. I had to put 20 dollars down for a deposit I guess they kept that too

I haven’t received my furniture just yet but do to Covid I understand and Ms, Wendy has been reaching out to me and keeping me updated on my order I have also been in contact with her and she doesn’t get annoyed I swear her customer service is amazing she goes above and beyond.

Today was not good. After talking with Craig the manager about a payment arrangement I was to come up with a little more. Which I did. So after I gave my card information to Craig to take out a certain amount I checked my card account information and he took out extra. I did not authorize extra funds. It was very unprofessional what he did. I give no starts but had to click one one in order to post.

Mike, The Customer Account Rep is IMPECCABLE!! Customer service is a very big factor. He was very patient, Excellent response time with emails! He kept me informed every step of the way. And my purchase was delivered the same day!
