So first off this is the only place that my mom and I will bring our cars, no other place. We took my moms car up due to someone trying to break in the car and ripped the door handle all the way off, along with a finder dent smh. From the moment we step foot in there Mike & Duane was very very helpful and the customer service was 5 stars plus…they explain the process from the beginning to the end and never left us out. They made everything stress free. No other place ever made us feel this welcoming and we are very very satisfied with their service and we won’t go nowhere else but here!!! Thank You so much car looks brand new all over again!!!!

Very unprofessional ….. whoever Dwayne or duane is he is very rude and does not know how to communicate like an adult. Stay away from this place because they do not do good quality work and when you try to resolve the issue you are met with dismissive comments and childish behavior most likely sad to say based on stereotype of race.

These people are very unprofessional with handling claims they hold your car to try to get more money from the insurance company. They will not fix your car right they will put aftermarket bumper on not a OE bumper, knowing that it needed a OE bumper and still won’t fix it I had to go back-and-forth with them with the insurance people For more than three months. I will never recommend anyone here but if you do go ahead, make sure they do the work in your car is fixed completely before you handover the check.

Took my car for repairs. Mike and Duane not only completed the work well, but managed the process with my insurance provider on their own when they found additional repairs were needed. Cant speak highly enough for how great of an experience it was!

AMAZING!! recommended by Steph Spindler my service adviser from Heritage Chevrolet.. Michael and Duane where AMAZING. I got hit in a parking lot. These men took care of everything with insurance company of other driver. They even had a tow company on hand I could call and set up tow. Great communication and always professional on the phone. Only about 2 weeks with rental and I had my baby back. Thank you guys again I hope I don't need you again.. but, my first call if I do!!!! photos before and after

I am happy with the work on my truck… I gotta qx60 Iinfini... This collision center made it look brand new… I passed a lot of body shops to come here… they r very knowledgeable n made me feel very comfortable n at home when I came here… they spoke my language where I can understand what’s going wit my vehicle … I highly recommend these guys… they do you right
