If I could give negative stars I would , do not send your child here they don’t help with potty training it’s more kids than instructors, my son has caught hands mouth and feet here , and would always get hurt. These people are not patient with kids. Take your child somewhere else.

In February 2023 I enrolled my 1 year old and my toddler. The 1 year old was in this center for full care. My toddler only went before school and after school. In the same day both were hurt at this center and they weren't even there for a full week. I signed the incident reports and didn't return my children to the center again. They have more children than staff which is why my children got hurt. I didn't learn that Mrs Elizabeth was hiring for staff until I withdrew my children. Had I known she was actively hiring I would've never enrolled my children. Mrs. Elizabeth apologized and tried to reassure me that no incidents would happen again. But it was one too many accidents in their first week at her child care center.So I wasn't hearing it, I did receive childcare voucher's for my children so it could've been more about the money than the actual well being of my children. Her center has been in business for year's but time means nothing without having enough staff. To accommodate the number of children enrolled.

Ms.ceerra is a great teacher as well as the other staff members. The few times I visited the daycare I’ve seen for myself how clean and attentive the staff are towards the children. Great environment for the kids and everyone is respectful. Please check this center out.

Id give half a star if I could. The only good thing was teachers. They were friendly, but they dont help with Potty training and it didnt seem like she was learning anything. Ms. Lizzy was my main problem. She was very nice until I was preparing to move my daughter from her center. She then tried to tell me i owed her $300 in late fees, but didnt have the paperwork to prove it. Im sure she only did that so I couldnt transfer my daughter out with my daycare vouchers. I moved her to Tooney Town Learning Center in Windsor Mill and she is doing so much better and they got her potty trained within 2 months of her attending.

This daycare center is AWESOME! My children and my children's children have all attended this center. My kids and grandkids always enjoy themselves here...sometimes too much to the point where they don't want to go home! The staff are very friendly and have always made sure that my kids were taken of. Plus, the location is VERY convenient! If you are looking for a daycare in the Randallstown area, this is the one!
