This is the WORST rainbow location EVER! The manager here is so unwelcoming lacks customer service and friendliness. She speaks very nastily to customers. She needs formal customer service training. I’ve given this location multiple tries and I continue to get subpar service. Don’t ask for anything here, it’s as if you’re bothering them. Totally unacceptable

I like shopping at rainbow stores for the plus sizes. However, try to get a size up. Some of the clothes sizes runs small.

Me and several other customers came here on July 13, 2023 and the store is closed and the lights are off. Its 12:00pm in the afternoon and it says they open at 10am.

Terrible customer service. Don’t come here or you’ll be met with snippy responses to questions. Who seemed to be the manager couldn’t even take 2 seconds out of her day to turn around and look me in the eye as I asked if they allow try ons (they don’t). Save your time and energy and go to another location.

Customer service is always either non-existent or terrible. It’s no secret that the employees and manager absolutely despise returns just by the blank stares and borderline rolling eyes. For a place that no longer offers a dressing room and clothing sizes that are inconsistent, I expect a tad more understanding. Even when I visit to just purchase items, it’s never a welcoming experience at this location.

This store is very unprofessional there is a bunch of black American woman that work up here they are very ignorant and unprofessional they close the doors at 740 pm when the store clearly says closing is at 8pm I had to goto a funeral tomorrow and I got here at 7:47 pm to exchange my pants and the girl would not let me in and bthere were still customers at the registers and shopping the store employee was very ignorant and disrespectful to me I will upload pictures of them when they come out of the store but corporate if you can please find out who worked evening shift today because I would to make a report personally

I rushed in from work, got there at 7:40 and the doors were locked. A few weeks later, the same thing. They close before 8 always. Please stop locking the doors 20 minutes prior to closing or change your hours to 7:30. No other store does this.

Just had the most unprofessional, rude, experience ever at the Randallstown Rainbow. Popped in real quick to purchase a pair of sandals and what should've been an in and out transaction turned into an unnecessary wait. There was a line of people waiting to be rung up however, the cashier was nowhere in sight! After waiting so long one customer looked in the back and saw that the cashier was sitting in the back eating!!! That's right she was eating as customers waited to pay for services not rendered. The another employee was at the door and when the customers stated to complain to her she said she didn't want to disturb the cashier. When the cashier finally came to the register, she nonchalantly asked how everyone was doing. I was so disgusted that I just walked out. I'm in the process of alerting the management team for that location because I'm sure they aren't aware of such unprofessilism.
