Zero communication. I tried for a couple of months. Bummer too as they did my friends car and supposedly did a nice job. But why run a business if you're not going to communicate.

Mr. Zachary and his associate do a fantastic job. After they were finished our truck and car looked better than when we bought it off the showroom floor. Their professionalism is unsurpassed; their attention to detail impressive; their courtesy incredible! Wonderful "old time" customer service! Excellent!!!!!
