We purchased our second car from Preston Ford West recently. I had a positive experience with my first purchase and I didn't want to go anywhere else for the second. My husband and I were able to line up what we wanted with the help of Jimmy, General Manager, and Sean, Salesman. We were in and out in about 2 hours. Jimmy, Sean, and Jason in finance were a great crew to work with. I am very pleased with how our experience went, and very pleased with the "Preston for Life" diamond service package we are now getting as well. The service team at Preston's has always been knowledgeable and efficient. When my car needs work they are my first choice, even though it's a little over a half hour away. There has been a bit of changeover at the dealership, but it is currently staffed with a bunch of rockstars!

If I could give zero stars I would. I am so disappointed with Preston Ford! I purchased a 2017 Ford Fusion on December 3rd, 2021 and only 2 months later in mid February the car started having several issues. The volume button stopped working, the heat, air conditioning, defrosters, and seat warmers also no longer work at all. The doors do not lock or unlock from the inside and the windows will not roll up or down. I immediately called Preston about this issue and was told to come in the next day for them to have a look at the car. I got there the next day and no one looked at it, instead I was told that my warranty was up and that all repairs would have to be paid out of pocket. For the car to even be looked at by the service department I would have to pay $150 and I was told that they would probably have to send certain parts out for my car and that I most likely wouldn't have it for a few days which is extremely inconvenient. After researching the car more I discovered that the 2017 ford fusions commonly have this same issue with things suddenly not working. I also never received any paperwork from Preston about this car! When I asked Matt about the paperwork and wanting copies about the warranty and the breakdown on the car he told me it would be "sent to me" which I still have never received! The only thing I received was the tag/title and the paperwork from the financial institution that I pay the car note to. The tags and title took so long to get. I called several time and was driving around with a expired temp tag because of "confusion" on their end with the MVA. This is so absurd and fustrating! I have been driving around with this unsafe car with no heat or defrosters during the coldest months! I have to pull over and open the door and wait for my car to defrost by itself. They're response to all of this was "any repairs would have to be paid out of your own pocket" when I just purchased it 3 months ago and was not made aware of how short my warranty is on the car. I refuse to pay thousands of dollars for this issue when they have been so negligent and misleading to me. I don't ever want to do business here anymore and I suggest that no one goes to this Preston Ford unless you go in that dealership with another car salesman or someone who knows how deceiving they will be at Preston Ford!

Place went belly up. Feel bad for those who purchased a used vehicle from this establishment.

This dealership changed ownership a few weeks ago. It's now Rtown Ford. And it's spectacular. I just bought a Focus ST sports car from Rtown Ford. The salesman and the general manager went way out of the way to make me happy and proud to buy their car. Besides the gracious, straightforward demeanor they displayed, they went the extra mile to turn my maybe into a yes. The general manager called around to find a buyer of my trade-in at a price above normal trade-in value, and he succeeded. He also spent a significant amount of time finding me a loan at a great rate (lower than my credit union's rate). And both he and the salesman listened carefully to every one of my questions, and answered them directly. No obfuscation. No diversion onto other topics. No B.S. whatsoever. The salesman told me he's working long hours as they improve the dealership, their new acquisition. His effort shows. The F&I manager, Eric, treated with me respect, was efficient, and was not pushy at all with his presentation of service contract options. When I departed with the new car, they told me over and over to come to them for any assistance I should need. To those who may have not been happy with the previous staff and management, I'd urge you to give Rtown Ford an opportunity to do right thing for you. And this message comes from a very picky consumer. It's not easy to please me. My friends would tell you that. Rtown Ford has made me very, very happy.

This place is going down the drain, absolutely no used vehicles. The reason why I say I used vehicles is because dealerships like this is supposed to have a variety of used cars so that you can have a choice to choose from " Old & New " it's currently under new ownership so I'm assuming that's why it's going the way it is. I would only recommend this place if you're looking for a brand new ford.

Great service here. I showed up to get my vehicle fixed and for them to perform a recall. The service department was open at 7:30 AM and they welcomed me, they even gave me a place to work and take a conference call. The work was done in about an hour. Friendly staff

The owner of this company Ed Gelin is a crook. He sells cars that are frame damaged, an doesn't disclose it to the customers. The salespeople have you sign a damage disclosure form an don't give you a copy but put stuff on it later, so when you come back they say you signed this knowing the car had damage. This is illegal. This company is slime. I only gave it one star because you can't give it zero. Also the 5000 guaranteed trade is a joke. They will give you that after they raise the price of the car by 5000 dollars. They try to jam products on you in finance without disclosing this to you, again all illegal practices. DO NOT go here to buy a car, this place is HORRIBLE. And the most disgusting thing they said was if I bought a car an didn't have the down payment they would put me on a promissory note to pay in 30 days but I would have to lie to the banks when they called an tell them I paid them that day. I could not believe a company would say this an ask you to do something illegal. Again I can't believe this company is in business. They need to be shut down.

they will worry the hell out of you, they try to sell you a vehicle that you are not interested in, they leave 4 or 5 messages on your voicemail, and 4 or 5 different salesman keep calling you, and don't even have the vehicle you are looking for. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM, YOU WILL BE SORRY !!!

This rating of 1 star is far to high for this place. Over the past year or so, I've been there to buy a car in response to their adds. Each time, the vehicles they advertise are not available. I did find another vehicle that I was interested in....a 2 year old Honda with 40,000 miles. The problem, I was given a price that is higher than that same vehicle brand new !!! It was evident that the manager of the sales person was not willing to sell us a vehicle at all. The car was not the most attractive vehicle, and it wasn't fully loaded with options......so why the high price????

This is the WORST dealership EVER! I have owned at least 10 cars in my lifetime of 50 years. This is the worst operation that I have ever seen. Customer service-POOR, Professionalism-POOR, Service-POOR, and appreciation for spending your money there-POOR. In addition, showroom is so outdated and antiquated it's ridiculous! They seriously think that its a a good business, but when you go in there and see the operation they are running, it's really sad. It's the worst operation I've ever invested my hard earned money in. The only reason I purchased is because a friend of mine knows the salesperson. I would never do it again and wouldn't dare recommend it to anyone. As a matter of fact, I told them DO NOT put that LIBERTY sign on my car...it's embarrassing...You live and learn. I should have listened when God told me to move on. Lesson learned for sure. Just because they sell a lot of cars, doesn't mean it's a good place to shop. Please take the warning seriously!

I wish I could give them a negative star rating! Worst place ever....they tried to be liitle me...degrade me...and mostly...a sales supervisor offered to go out to his truck and get me a "XANAX"....because I wouldn't just accept a piece of junk". I am in my 50's with a disability and never have I been treated like that in my life. I wouldn't buy a toy car from them.. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My experience at Liberty ford was AWFUL it took 7 painful hours to buy a car. THIS REVIEW IS WORTH READING.So I read all the reviews and expected almost everything they told us matched the reviews. I told my husband don't be upset the $5000 trade in is a total joke Same with the Liberty for life. So we go find a car ask the price the man says 19,900 my husband says what about the $5000 the salesman said that's already taking off. And the car I liked was listed on their website for 16,900 and I told them that. I said told ya to my husband and was ready to go. The outside salesman said you can go talk to someone inside. My husband does then he texts me come in, ok. We fill out papers test drive the car we love it. Ok we get back fill out the rest of the papers and our salesman turns them in for financing I say again the price listed for that car is 16,900. Ok this process has already takin 3.5 hours we should have left. Ok he returns with a finance sheet car price 19,900 trade value for 2 vehicles (vehicles are older and need work) $100 gap $895 a warranty no one explained to me $2500. I said the car is priced at a different price then your own website says we can't afford that much a month. My husband what about the $5000 trade in salesman that is already taking off so 16,900 + 5000 is a croc that would mean you pay $5000 over market value. He brings a second paper car price 21,900 (wtf) and trade in value $5000 still who increases the car price and thinks I don't notice . Nope sorry we are leaving have a great day. We are in our car a man comes and knocks on the window finally the car price says 16,900 $100 for one trade in. Nope sorry we can't. Now we work have decent credit apr isn't bad on loan. We leave and get a call ok I got an awesome deal come back I said just send me a picture of the paper with the deal I can't ok. We turn around (like an idiot) because it is now a little after 4 we see the deal the price the monthly payment great lets do it. Fill out more paper work get done and sit by the time we got to the finance lady I didn't even want the car ( a car we had loved) I said if I am not legally bonded I'm done I was exhausted it is now 6-6:30. The finance lady who was very nice said if you don't want it you are not legally bonded to get it yet. She gave us a little time to think about it so we bought the car but the love, pride and joy you should have was taken away we left the dealer after 7pm. I would never ever ever go there again and when I got in my car I should have came home. Our salesman was great. Overall the experience was 100 times worse then I thought it would be. We know a few people who bought cars recently and none of their experiences took 7 hours. Do not give this place a chance. You will be upset and never want to buy a car again. The reviews are true and real not just crazy people. STAY AWAY!

Worst place ever. I went in to look for a car and they wanted so much money for a car with over 70000 miles on it. After I left a week later someone called me and asked if I was still looking for a vehicle and when I told them no I am not (I just purchased one from somewhere else) the woman just hung up on me didn't even say "okay thank you for your response" or "thanks for stopping in have a great evening" just awful customer service on her end so no don't go to them go to another dealer!!!
