Everything is too expensive and the cashier is always irritable

Came to this store went to buy an Arizona Ice Tea Can . . It legit says on the can "Great Buy 99cents". Isn't it illegal to up the price when it specifically states on the item of purchase something different?$1.39 + tax = $1.47 . .Really?If I could post a picture of the can I would but this review will not let me.

The owner and staff are extremely courteous and helpful, friendly. They maintain a spotlessly clean facility, and relaxed , safe, atmosphere for all of their customers. An absolutely wonderful place to shop at.
