Place is unprofessional the manager doesn’t care for people of color. Charged me 500 for a 45 tie rod hour work and replace my door handle. Will never step foot in this place again. Again does not like people of color in 2022!!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I took my Chevy Cobalt in to have the thermostat replaced. I have taken my car to my mechanic for different services. They are always professional and do excellent work. I would also like to give a special thanks to Richard and Billy.

The best car care customer service I've experienced in the area!! I arrived at 7:30a for oil change and brake service. Richard checked me in. I called My Mechanic at 8am April 12th, 2022. Spoke with Richard about my ongoing issues with my truck since September 2021. I assured that Richard/ Billy would be able to get to the diagnostics and possibly fix by late evening that same day. They were able to change the (Original) unbeknownst to me..Air and Cabin filter.. which by the way was sold to me at the time of my truck purchase. They replaced all six (6)..Original Spark plugs and Original Coils along with a Faulty Negative Battery Terminal. My Mechanic was able to diagnose and repair everything the same day. I was able to pick up my truck around 4:30pm. I am quite Satisfied thus far. My truck seems to be running smoothly with No hesitation...Nor threats of cutting off. Thank you guys !!!

We were getting a little stressed out trying to find a place to get our plethora of vehicles inspected to get Maryland tags. Vic and his team did tremendous work for us. We have two cars, two motorcycles, and a trailer. They gave a reasonable price and got everything done in good time. I cannot recommend them enough.

I’ve found my very own neighborhood mechanic. I stopped in today to ask if they could help me with my tire that was low on air and provide me a quote on rear brakes. Richard was friendly and professional and took the time to explain the brake process and filled all my tires to the proper pressure. He then showed me that I needed a tire alignment and he would be there to complete any work when I’m ready. It’s nice to have a small neighborhood car repair place close by. I highly recommend My Mechanic to anyone looking for an honest, trustworthy mechanic that charges a fair rate and does a great job!I have an older car that needed a full inspection and a variety of services done. My daughter will be driving this vehicle so her safety was my primary concern. Richard was awesome. He let me know what needed to be done, gave me an accurate quote and called me when everything was completed. I went here to get my brakes and rotors fixed and I mean I did big damage to my car so much so it wouldn’t even move I took it Monday got it back Wednesday around the same time my first day coming in I was greeted by name which creeped me out but at the same time let me know that they pay close attention to detail both Richard and the owner were both very professional and very funny I appreciate just how much they did only issue I had was the huge price tag for labor 89.00 an hour but you get what you pay for because for 89 and hour my car was done fast and my brakes are feeling perfect now if you ever have an issue go out there to them and let them know iceking major sent youService: Brake service & repair
