Every time I have gone to this bank to get change for mobility bus, they ask if I have acct, or give me a hassle. So, I opened ez choice, only to find that 20. check deposit I made, after initial check deposit, to open acct, take 5 days to clear. Wth, all of my other banks, take only 24 hours... so they can use my money for five days, ridiculous. And the kicker, when I went in to get change, have not been asked if I have an acct. After 180 days are up, I will close this acct. Plus, tellers stroll in at 9, when bank is suppose to open at nine, and far too many times, only one teller, " we only have one teller, so bear with us." Edited. 7 days later, check still has not cleared

I went to cash a check from my company whose account is with them and M$T bank is read clean on the check. They charged me $35 dollars to cash a check from a company that banks with them they a ripping people off.

Ghetto, minimal staff. Went to open an account today, and after speaking with person who opens accts, and seeing long lines, little staff, I got up and left. They don't deserve my money

They take forever to even come to you when you walk in. They drag their feet. Act like you not even sitting there. Their services not all that great either, they always playing with my checkings account. Leaving them real soon to go to a credit union.
