Reeks was an awesome rep! She was patient and understanding with the customers. I went to the store two days in a row to take care of an issue with my iphone(s). After the second day I got service activated. May the God I serve continue to be with you in whatever you do in you life.

If I could give them zero stars that would be best. I went into making inquiries about getting new phones and switching over and the lady at the desk her behavior was as if I was disturbing her she was not helpful she was nonchalant and generally Not interested in helping. I advise you to go to a different store and get much better customer service.

This is one of the worst locations that I have been to. The guy tried to scam my mother into buying accessories for the phones that she purchased. He ended up charging her for something that she didn't want. Every time I've been there its never a manger on site. So if shopping at this location pay really good attention to what is going on.
