Had some braking issues in the right front and once it was on the lift - the issue was duly noted. Due to our Escape's age (10)...both front brakes, calipers and rotors were completed. Rides like a champ! Like new! A resistor on the air control was replaced as well...ALSO ...was able to utilize Rewards Points to defer some of the cost! Excellent work!!!!
Returned today 8/2/24 for a FREE OIL CHANGE !!! That's right free! ...and needed a turn/light signal bulb replaced...no issue! ....Oh and there is the homemade cookie as a Thank You! Gosh darn - does it get any better than this? ?
While having tires installed at a company was advised that the there was grease leaking rt front axle. Took it to LMW on 9/9/24 and was advised that the right front axle was going bad...opted to have it replaced...due to the age of the vehicle and the mileage there were some issues extracting the axle. I was advised that Mgr Brandon came back after hours and solved the issue! Picked up the vehicle the next day, new parts and it runs like new!!! Excellent!!!

I tried LMW Auto Repair / Randallstown at the strong urging of a friend. I was totally satisfied with the service and the resulting performance of my senior aged car. Moreover, the personal concern and courtesy of Service Manager Brandon Siegel was absolutely sincere and outstanding! I saw him treat other customers the same way.

LMW is the place to go for your auto care needs! I was out of town for the weekend and my car was leaking transmission fluid so there was no way I could drive back home. Brandon, who is a very knowledgable and friendly mechanic, gave me a couple of options to fix it. I tried the cheaper route first which he said may not work and it didn't and even showed me. He was able to order the part I needed and had me back on the road the next day much to my relief! The facility is in top notch condition also so if you stay and wait for your vehicle you will feel very comfortable! Very grateful to have to taken my car there and it will be the place I go if I need any work done the next time I am down there. A+

If you need anything done to your car, make an appointment. They are fantastic with their customer service and fast with their repairs! I haven't been disappointed in my 8 years of choosing them to work on my vehicles.
