Great service. Treated like family. They were honest with me about my credit profile and how to help me improve it as well. They went above and beyond to get a deal done for me, as this was my last option to get a car after a repo. I have no built credit and really had no hope that anyone could even get me in a car. But J.D. Byrider came through for me. Cameron was my sales associate and was so helpful, positive, and as he said “was on my team” Everyone I met was extremely friendly, helpful, patient, and understanding of my needs, and they worked their magic and got me into a car and it’s one I absolutely love. This place is a scam. Called me and told me my vehicle was illegally parked there that I sold and haven't legally owned in a year. Told me they needed me at their lot by 7pm. These guys are up to something bad. Verified with state troopers and they had a lot of complaints recently! Don't GO!
