“I went there this weekend and was so happily surprised how helpful the staff was. We needed to top off our 40 gallon propane tank and also purchase another 40 gallon tank. The man who did this for us was patient and helpful and very professional as was his manager who had to assist us as well. I also purchased something from the store for mouse control and someone came by and asked if I needed help...very good team work here. The cashier, Tommy, was such a nice helpful man too. TOTAL THUMBS up to this Tractor Supply store. THNX guys”

“We visited this store on 10/22/2023. It was the most pleasurable experience that i have encountered. MARLAYA was spectacular. She was very helpful and friendly. The level of professionalism that she displayed was simply amazing. I would highly recommend a promotion/raise for her. Anneliese (Supervisor) was very appreciative of my comments to her about MARLAYA. When leaving, SEMIRA was very helpful as well when she initially assisted us with MARLAYA. We were elated when we reached the cash register to check out where we encountered TYNEARA. She was very kind as well. The Super Customer Service that was given to us should be awarded due to the fact that it is very rare to find such a service. I would highly recommend this location in Randallstown, Maryland to all of my friends and family.”

“I've routinely shopped at this Home Depot since moving to the area and every experience has been positive.The location is convenient, there is plenty of parking, they actually put barriers up so people don't park illegaly in front of the store, and every time I've visited Customer Service for an order pickup or return the folks working there have been efficent and the line moved quickly.Whenver there's something not on the shelves, someone has always been able to quickly retrieve what I needed.There's lots of decent Home Depot stores in this region, but this one stands out as one of the best.”

“I am a contractor and own two older vans that needed a paint job. I called around and got quotes in the thousands of dollars range. I decided i wanted to save money and paint my vans myself so looked online for spray paint and found this home depot close to my house that had a lot of inventory. This store also had all the tools i needed such as sandpaper, plastic sheets, etc. I just finished painting my vans and i am more than satisfied with my diy job. The man working at the paint isle also helped direct me to what i needed. Thanks home depot”

Asked for the manager on duty and after a short wait Tammy found me and took great care of me all the way into the parking lot loading my car. She is a gem and hope her entire staff follows her example.”

“This Lowes would have gotten a lower rating had it not been for a young man named EnRon. We had been wandering around trying to get help...asked personnel who paged help but none came. This young man stopped and took the time to help us. Not only help but explained thoroughly why we needed what we needed. We were about to leave and he came to our aid. I have been having some health issues where walking is difficult so I am glad we didn't have to go to another store. My recommendation is to have more help to assist your customers. “First I have to say, I am not a handy person. I hate putting things together. This summer and fall, I visited this location for plants, filters, and more. Each time, the employees are helpful and willing to answer my questions. As a novice, I appreciate the patience and the willingness to share their expertise.”

“Leon was absolutely amazing at helping me find everything I need. I had a long list of items and he patiently helped me to locate and acquire many of them. Some of the other staff members I asked for assistance just pointed me in the direction of the items or told me which aisle to check in, but Leon walked me right to them. He was very polite, very patient, and very kind. I really appreciated his assistance. This is not a five star review because of some of the issues I had at check out. I was buying a step ladder and there was a difference in the price. The description on the price tag on the rack seemed to correspond with my item, but not the sku number... which would mean that I would ultimately be paying more for the item. The cashier called over the head cashier, who told me the sku was not the same on the item as it was on the price tag (which I took a photo of for reference). I told her that the description matched the item but she would not change the price. I asked to speak to the manager, who tried to treat me like I couldn't read. I explained the situation to her and tried to show her a picture of the price tag on the rack (which was located only inches from the ground) so she wouldn't have to bend all the way down there to read the tiny numbers. Instead, she rudely waved my phone away with her hand and said "We don't accept pictures here." Uh-huh. So we schlep back there and I tell her the same thing I just told her about the item description and pointed it out to her so she could see for herself, and she miraculouy came to the same conclusion I did... as if I hadn't just told her this morning moments earlier. This wasn't verification; she just blatantly had not been listening to me. Long story short, I ended up getting the price reduction that was owed to me. It's just a shame I had to go through half the damn staff to get it.”

“I walked in the Home Depot in owings Mills and was looking for pool chlorine tablets. The 1st clerk said go outside and I couldn't find them. I went inside and LEE was there to help. He walked me over to the chlorine tabs and when I showed him the website that stated the chlorine e tabs were a lower price, he walked me to the cashier and made sure that I received the correct price. I haven't encountered an associate in a store, let alone a huge store as Home Depot, that was customer oriented. He made me a customer forever”
