Well if only the products matched the newly remolded store ? the worst deli, the produce is way overpriced and wilted ? Dnt eat meat but If I did damn sure wouldn't buy any from this location ?️ horrible store management ? just start over?

My favorite grocery store next to Aldie. Sale fliers are easy to read and well organized. They advertised four 6 packs of 16.9 bottles of Coke for only $12, for Memorial day weekend, 2024, the lowest price in years!

Also, joining the rewards is easy at the kiosk in the store.

I was in and out on under six mins because I was rushing but let me tell u the staff was amazing. I love how this was my first time visiting this store and the three items I was looking for, everything was where it should be. The cashier was so sweet. Keep up the great work.

Wanted to purchase 4 items: 2 items with a rain check; 1 item with a Free coupon. Had errands to run afterwards and wanted to get this done before the rainy weather forecast for the week. Waited at checkout behind a customer with a sizeable order. Brought my own bag. Cashier DUMPED my 2 packages of strawberries into my bag with no care whatsoever. One package was horizontal; the second vertical. I straightened them out myself while the remaining 2 items were rung up. Cashier did not know how to modify pricing using a raincheck. Waited MANY MINUTES in-line while the cashier with a supervising cashier at her side attempted to correct my charges. The total was wrong, despite the supervising cashier's mulitiple efforts to get this corrected. The total should have been $7.49, not $9.99. While I was patiently waiting for resolution, another customer behind me was waiting as well. I was SO FRUSTRATED AND UPSET that such a simple transaction could not be done in a few minutes that I decided to cancel my order. I requested to have my rain check and Free coupon returned to me and left the store. AT NO TIME did either the Cashier or her supervising cashier apologize to me for their prolonged customer care. The Cashier had the audacity to say to me that this was new and would take time to resolve. Food Lion employees get paid (by the hour?) whether they do a good job or not in customer care. I value my time and so should Food Lion, which was not evidenced by actions taken by the Cashier and her supervising cashier in my case. I informed Food Lion Corporate about my customer service experience at this tore.
