My car needed more work on it and they did the research for me about a warranty on my car engine and I got it towed from there to the dealership my car belongs to ASAP free of charge. I wouldn’t have been able to get immediate care to my car if it wasn’t for them. As it was one of my more frustrating things to deal with since finding out about the issue with my car.

Service is always great here. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They communicate with simplicity and precision, I always know exactly what going on with my vehicle. I will highly recommend them. As they came highly recommended to me.

Elite Import Auto Care is a great place to service your vehicle. Honestly I was skeptical about taking my car to any any place other than the dealership. They are BMW trained and experienced. Giving you dealership quality without the dealership pricing. They are very punctual and accommodating. Also, if you want to sharpen your pool game they can facilitate that as well. Give Allen and Dwayne a try you won't regret it.

This is a great place to take your vehicle for service. Donte is extremely knowledgeable and their prices are reasonable. He also gave a detailed explanation of the work that was needed now and what was not necessary at the current time. They are honest and made me feel as though they were working in my best interest. Botched tire pressure sensor job. Hopefully they will get it right next time. Customer service is really good though.Well next time happened an it's still not fixed. Supervisor told me the tech drove it an it was fixed. Clearly it isn't it's kinda sad because they seem nice just not very good at the actual fixing part of it.

The guy Dwayne had excellent Customer service, the auto shop manger Mr Brown was awesome. The entire staff was nice and friendly came in for a fender liner replaced and they did a Good Job.I will recommend them to all my friends keep up the Good work Mr brown. I absolutely love love love Elite imports. They're prices are reasonable and the owners are honest, friendly, and know how to do business. This is the only place I trust to have my cars serviced with experienced mechanics that not only services my BMW's but my Range Rover as well. I've never had an issue my cars perform well and I always receive exceptional service. I would highly recommend to anyone that drives an imported car and want to save money on service and repair and get great service.

First time taking any of my vehicles to a shop in over 8+ years. I took one of my cars there as a test run( i already knew the problem and how to fix it) So far Elite Imports are my new go to if really need be. Other places kept telling me what they think the issue is or didn't want to touch my car at all but Elite got it spot on and kept me updated. Even in between holidays they got me back up and running faster then I expected. Just like many others tho. I wish they had a bigger lot.
