This is my first and last time here ...the wait time is ridiculous atleast at Pikesville you have someone to greet you and give some type direction...no one to ask for help the two associates working at their desk have been working with the same people for atleast an hour please get these people some helpI moved it up to five star I was very impressed with Mr Coates calling to apologizing about my experience at this branch and once he explained the staffing issues I realized I made the review out of frustration and not logic and I learn it’s best to make an appointment ?

Using this bank for 20 years , several years the service is terrible. Long lines , only 2 associates to help no what time you go. However, the associates are great.. Pikesville is better but you know why because they don’t care because it is the Liberty Road area.

Never more than 2 tellers at a time, which is insane when there’s always a lot of people coming in there, they should hire more people but other than that it’s fine.

Excellent customer service!!! Tyrone sat down with me and gave me a boatload of helpful tips to boost my credit. He went out of his way to help my husband and I. Everyone at this branch was friendly and on top of their job. I would give more stars if I could. I will not be going to any other branch from here on out. Thank you all!

There are sometimes when you know things are not going to go smoothly. The manager, I guess he was the manager, mispronounced my first name. I'm 70 and probably old enough to be his mother. All I wanted a debit card and to change my last name on a 24 year old joint account I have with my daughter. He told me I need my daughter present to sign something. I tried to explain that I wasn't told that. He said they should have. It got ugly and I said I'll go to another branch. He went on to tell me how many branches there were. I hope he goes to hell! I gave this branch one start because there was one teller and one servers erson.

The staff is courteous and professional! Teddy, the manager, seems to be very knowledgeable and friendly. Every time I frequent this particular branch, I am made to feel welcome and valued. There is no substitute for excellent customer service! God bless you all for how you train your employees and operate this branch of BOA.

Prolly the worst bank experience I've ever encountered! Joanne teller accused my check of being fraudulent ! Then the branch manager Teddy Coates walks me to the back office after having me wait in the lobby to tell me that there are factors about the check that don't meet the guidelines and he can not tell me what those factors are soo go somewhere else. He informs me to get the person who wrote the check to come with me to the bank like it was a actual option. This place is the absolute worse and I understand why the ratings are sooo low! Incompetent individuals put to handle people's money! 👎 Don't go here and honestly not informing consumers why they are rejected service is the worst action ! Fire both Joanne and Teddy Coates

I wish it would let you give it less then one star. This bank is ALWAYS UNDER STAFFED. I am in the process of closing my personal account and only come here for work but it always takes me at least 30 min to be waited on. Then sat, day after holiday 1 teller line out the door. Then I was basically told that I just have to wait because she needs to help someone on the other side. The Towson location is always staffed and so is the bank on rolling rd but this one branch is the absolute worse!!!!
