I visited the Randallstown location to get my battery checked after needing a jump the day prior. The woman in a gray shirt at the counter's attitude definitely gave "I don't wanna be here and don't feel like helping". She did walk outside and test the battery. She said "the battery is good ma'am, I don't know what else to tell you" and proceeded to walk right back into the store. I was left standing outside, hood up, looking crazy. In my mind I'm like...Well damn ...I guess she was done helping me. I ended up needing a jump the very next day again, got the car towed to the dealer, who said it IS in fact my battery...and it needs to be replaced.
The level of customer service this individual (whose name I remembered but will spare at this time) displayed was terrible in addition to her giving me incorrect information. From experience I know those who wear gray shirts are managers, so if managers aren't able to give accurate information to customers NOR provide a decent level of customer service.....why are they 'managers'.
Completely disappointed with my experience.

I'm not sure if she is a store manager or parts delivery manager but this person doesn't belong in that position, as soon as she walks in to the building she says "oooooo someone stinks", "it stinks in here" the loudest person in the room I hope corporate does something about this, stop hiring people that don't want to work please.

My experience their was the worst experience I ever step foot in , the manager talk to crazy and you seem dumb and they were swear to God drinking alcohol and party outside the store the employees I couldn’t believe it sad … only one guy felt comfortable with working minding own business I salute to him I wish got his name .. but everyone Corporate need check with them asap

Per the manager, if your battery is under warranty, the customer needs to take out the old battery and install the new battery. If that is correct that warrenty stipulation should be shared with the customer in advance. The manager talks down to customers.

I was in this morning to change a low beam on my car and the customer service was extremely bad. I had never been treated like this in an Autozone store, there was a boy who didn't stop chewing gum and for that reason I didn't understand what he was saying, I feel disappointed.

The staff here was extremely helpful.Especially, there's a lady by the name of Savonne Adams and Marcel, they offered me and my pastor a great assistance. We were looking for the replacement part to fix my car after going through a long search. Thank you again to the staff for making my trip go much more smooth. I want to say that they should keep up the good work. Thank you.

I went to this autozone in Randallstown and early in the morning and I have to say I was simply disgusted with the customer service. I came in nobody spoke I had spoke first, some of the staff was sitting on the counters on their phones just terribly unprofessional. When I was ready to check out, one guy told me “I’m on the phone”. The other salesperson had to ring me up and just had a very bad and nasty attitude. Won’t ever come to this particular establishment again.
