“AutoStream of Randallstown gets a Grade A+ from me. This business is not just a Vehicle but Customer Care Center as well. My experience with the staff (Honorable mentions: Stone and Russell) was phenomenal and beyond my expectations. I had a 2015 which required a torque converter... The cost to repair was expensive ( oop even with an ext warranty) ... I chose to invest in another vehicle and I went for a 2020. After the signing with the dealership, I made an appointment immediately with AutoStream to have the 2020 checked. While they were servicing the vehicle they offered me a shuttle to and from my residence. There were issues with the 2020 and AutoStream provided not only the outcome, but pics and videos with clear and cohesive explanations with pricing!! Each interaction with this team- especially Stone, as he was my point person of contact - was open, honest and transparent. These are the characteristics I value when conducting business. I feel at ease to know this business operates on integrity and that they place the needs of their customers first. AutoStream is now my official Center to visit for my car CARE needs. “I reached out to Mike for an one-off request which was to weld and patch a hole in the midpipe of my motorcycle exhaust. He satisfied the request and suggested some tips to make sure the weld doesn't degrade. Rode all of last summer with no leaks whatsoever.I look forward to getting my car serviced at OFW in the future.”

“I recently visited Midas with my older model Acura after a less-than-satisfactory experience at the Acura dealership on RT 40. After an oil change and inspection there, I was told I’d need new brakes by my next visit. Unfortunately, not even 1,000 miles later, my car started making a grinding noise, and the AC went out.
Enter James, the manager at Midas. He was incredibly accommodating, rescheduling my appointment twice and fitting me in on short notice. James and his team worked diligently to diagnose and address the issues. They presented me with clear options and genuinely tried their best to fix my ole girl.
I'm thrilled to report that her AC is now working perfectly, and she has new brake pads to keep her going for a few more months until I can get the car I really want. James even reassured me that I’d done a good job taking care of my car, making me feel much less hopeless.

“Went to Precision Tune to get new tires mounted and balanced and an alignment. Chris and his team were excellent, handling my car with care and had me in and out quickly. The alignment was spot on, steering wheel was straight and the car drove well. After 10k miles the tires are wearing evenly and everything is rock solid. Later I scheduled a transmission flush but Chris pointed out that Honda does not recommend a flush but only a drain and fill for my car and I appreciated his honesty. He did the drain and fill quickly and the transmission has been shifting great ever since! Highly recommended!”
