I would have given this dealership a zero if I could but I had to select something. I essentially gave them a Zero because of many things that happened before and after our purchase. I am not listing everything that happened because that would take awhile to go through everything. They are nice to you while you are buying the car but when I called a week later about something that the sales associate (Mike Friend) knew wasn't working when we bought the car, he was rude and not willing to take the time to help. He transferred me to the Sales Manager (Maurice) who was also rude and didn't seem to want to help at all. I definitely regret buying the car after seeing their true colors and wish I could take it back. I would definitely not recommend this dealership AT ALL!!!!

It was a pleasant experience to lease a new vehicle from Antwerpen Mitsubishi. Rohan, the sale representative, was very friendly and engaging. He provided straightforward and honest answers to my questions, which made the process very smooth. I came from Virginia to get a particular deal on a Outlander PHEV, which had both dealership and tax incentives. I didn't' return empty-handed as Scott, the finance manager, helped me navigate all the pricing details, and be entitled to get all the benefits applied. The wait was a bit longer than I expected but this seems normal due to all the paperwork and approvals needed to buy a vehicle. I rode my motorbike over there and returned with the vehicle I purchased. They offered to keep my bike in their shop safe and secure until I pick it up soon later. I would definitely make business again and recommend others as well.
