Ty Thomas is the best! Her knowledge of the products and ability to make a sometimes awkward situation quite comfortable made the experience awesome. My daughter and I upgraded our phones and Ty assisted me with saving money through perks and changing my Wi-Fi to Verizon. Excellent customer service ! Thank you Ty!

$60 setup fee SCAM.
Instead of simply transferring my contacts as I requested, they performed a full backup of my old phone without asking me if that was what I wanted. When I mentioned that I only wanted my contacts, I was told that wasn’t possible — not because it wasn’t, but because they had already started the unnecessary backup. I was then informed it would take an additional 20 minutes to complete the process. I only wanted to buy the phone, and set it up myself. She started doing everything without checking my preferences first, and I even had to stop her when she mentioned the extra 20 minutes. I wanted to avoid transferring all the unnecessary photos and apps, which is exactly why I was upgrading in the first place.
I was able to do it on my own in 5 minutes…. 60$ later thanks I get to spend 60$ of my money because clicking 3 buttons to set up an iPhone is worth that I guess.

I came in to transfer a line to verizon, the salesperson (Naseem I think) was very knowledgeable and walked me through the plans (without upselling) before helping me transfer my phone and number. Even though there were several technical difficulties in the process, it was done in under an hour. Top notch customer service, took off a star for the poor system he had to use to make it work.

I went to the store to have them complete the transfer of data to my new phone and the person there, Julliana, did a great job of getting everything up and running very smoothly. Highly recommend!

Mercedes was awesome. We wanted to trade in our iPhones and she was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She worked with us as a partner until every concern was covered and all our questions answered. She was very helpful and found us the best deal for our situation. She made it a pleasure to do business with Verizon. We had just come from the Verizon Annapolis store where are experience was just the opposite.

We had the WORST experience with Courtney today when my boyfriend was trying to get a new phone. Every question he asked her she couldn't answer, the process took over 3 hours, and overall she provided no help at all. I've already had my own set of poor experiences here before but this was one of the worst customer service experiences i've ever seen. Go anywhere else.

Just wanted to give a huge thank you to the team at Verizon Wireless in Queenstown, Md. My CSR, Star, was excellent at setting up my phone and transferring data from old phone. I was finished in under 30 minutes. I went back 2 days later for a small issue and Autumn was glad to help out. Keep up the great work. Your team is great!!!!!!
