Sales Associate Michael was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the items. Michael took the time to show my wife & I the special features of the garments that we wouldn't have known otherwise. Kudos go out to Michael!!! Give him a promotion and raise.”

“Had a really awesome experience today at Under Armour at Queenstown. It has a lot of selections of merchandise from shoes to shirts, coats, slippers, shorts etc. Some of the merchandise were marked down from 20%-70%. We bought a beautiful pair of shoes which was on special sale that day. Originally priced at $59, now on sale for $19.99. We asked for military discount which they offer to military, police officers,, first responders, doctors and nurses. They give 40% discount so we ended up paying only $12.71 each. We bought 3 pairs. 1 for me and 2 to give away. Thank you so much Under Armour.”

“I called a few days ago looking for Lane or Ariat type white boot for Easter. The staff member who took my call was quick to grasp my intentions, immediately checked the store and then computer system for my size, etc., and our interaction stood out as she demonstrated respect for my time and attention to my purpose at that moment.
People today, in all industries, are showing less care and concern for their own character and professionalism but it was evident that this person takes pride in their job and how they treat others.

“I've been coming here for years and have definitely seen a major change in how the store looks and the new management. the store always looked like my son's bedroom before i tell him to clean it, I use to come in and see the manager sitting on a ladder and pay no attention to me and was very unprofessional. always seam to be bothered that I asked him a question, but now I am greeted and given information on sales and very helpful. I'm so glad to see the improvements in personal and store, glad to see someone recognized what was the problem with this store and fixed it. I just want to keep coming back to see what my next hat will be.”
