“I ordered a phone online this morning and this was the store set for pick-up. When I walked in the store, TJ and Josh had it ready for me and assisted me with all the ins + outs of setting up the new iPhone. They are top notch and genuinely interested in helping people have a great experience. Their customer service was coming from a place of integrity. I was in and out of the store in less than 20 minutes with a new phone ready to go!
Note: there is another Verizon not far away and with no phone/GPS, I accidentally walked into that one. I spent a chaotic 25 minutes there before I left to go to the correct store. My advice is make sure you have the right store. THIS is the right store!”

“I came in to transfer a line to verizon, the salesperson (Naseem I think) was very knowledgeable and walked me through the plans (without upselling) before helping me transfer my phone and number. Even though there were several technical difficulties in the process, it was done in under an hour. Top notch customer service, took off a star for the poor system he had to use to make it work.”
