The workers were just standing around when i got there, one of them chewing her lunch loudly with her mouth open at the counter. When i ordered a coffee, there was none brewed even though they were not busy and there were no customers before me. When the woman who appeared to be the manager began to brew the coffee i ordered, she placed my cup directly under the fresh coffee coming from the brewer. I told her that the cup of coffee will be extremely strong and the rest of the carafe will be weak, so she poured the coffee back into the carafe and brewed the rest of the coffee into the carafe. I then told them I would rather just have an Americano instead of waiting around, so she filled a dirty pitcher with hot water and brewed a shot of espresso into it. Not only was the Americano made weak, but smelled spoiled milk. I find it hard to believe that Starbucks would allow this type of service and lack of professionalism to represent their brand. New management and training is seriously needed at this location.
