Employees are super friendly and helpful! You're barely 5 feet in the door before someone asks if they can help you find anything. Not just once, but every time! They also have a pretty wide selection of hardware needs for such a small store. I don't think I've ever left there without finding what I went in for. And if they don't have exactly what you're looking for, you can bet they have a great alternative.

The new owners of this Ace Hardware and the one in Pocomoke City are terrible. The first thing is management really needs some customer service training, a little knowledge about Hardware stuff would be helpful as well. So I order a ton of wood pallets for my stove and I have my chainsaw sharpened at the Pocomoke location, the first thing is somebody dropped the ball on my delivery of the wood pellets, and I went to see the manager about the situation and his response was and I quote, why would you have pellets delivered to this store when we have 32 tons of pellets at this location end quote. When his response should have been I'm sorry for your inconvenience sir let me see what I can do to help. The big guy named Mark I believe, is extremely arrogant and very unknowledgeable about his job. His customer service skills is of a 10 year old. Now for the young man who sharpen my chainsaw at the Pocomoke store. Who look like they didn't know what they were doing because they broke the bar pins that adjust the chainsaw chain bar chain tightening and loosening. If that makes sense to you. Needless to say once these two issues are resolved I will never ever stop at either one of those two Ace Hardware Stores, regardless of how the situation plays out when I see them this coming Monday

Pretty small and limited in Hardware section which is why I visited. I'm spoiled by the big location where I moved from that had everything you needed.
