Bought a New 2024 GMC Sierra Elevation w/ 3.O Duramax 10 speed. My 2022 GMC Sierra Elevation w/ 2.4 L I4 twin turbo 4 cyl 8 speed transmission still under manufacturers warranty. I had an issue with the valve body causing me to break down in DC and having to get my red truck towed to Prince Frederick GMC. The 2022 1500 sat in service for 4 weeks. Service stated that the valve body was on nation wide back order so they attempted to get a transmission and couldn’t get a new transmission either. Manufacturer warranty allows the customer to get a loaner while the vehicle is being serviced. However all 4 loaners they’re allowed in PF GMC were all out on loan. One loaner returned the loaner was over on the mileage so service stated i could not get a loaner. I had to rent a Nissan Altima from enterprise that cost $2200 for 4 weeks. I could not get reimbursed for 10 weeks after service. Still waiting on the $2200 6 weeks after buying my new 2024 1500. Needless to say I had no other choice but to have my truck appraised. The salesman was only trying to give me 29k for my 22’ 1500 that he ended up giving me 31k for because the service manager had told me that was the priced it was appraised for, 31k. Throughout this process they picked a truck out and ran numbers and submitted it to the bank and came back and said your approved for this truck not allowing me to pick out another truck of a different color or different features. The salesman/finance manager stated another truck may not be approved. The interest rate they were attempting to give me was a 12.9%. Magically after complaining, they made a phone call and was able to get it down to the same as my last vehicle at a 9.5% in less than 5 min. I had to roll over 14k on a truck that broke with a warranty that wasn’t honored. I walked out with a payment that was 400$ more a month but was in such a pickle i had no choice because i commute to DC every day for work. My last truck had a trifold hard top bedcover I tried to get back and was told it would lower the cost of my 22’ 1500. Lastly the $400 dealer service fee was $800 which was unheard of. I love GMC trucks and over all like the truck i bought. However my experience was very rough and every time I have reached out for a question to the Salesman he never is helpful and always acts if i am inconveniencing him. Can’t say i recommend this dealership or will ever buy another truck from them. The only person that was helpful throughout the process was the service manager Jason and his colleague. No complaints with the service dept. The Salesman just wanted to sell, get his money and keep it moving They have no interest in letting you select the vehicle you want that you will be paying on for years to come. If i had had a vehicle to trade somewhere else i would of done business at another dealership. Don’t let my bad experience dictate whether you buy from PF winegardner, every deal is different. I hope anyone reading this has a better experience than i had.

We had a great experience purchasing through Winegardner GMC. My family members had purchased from Winegardner in the past and highly recommended them. I wanted a specific set of features (Bench seat on a loaded Yukon) and Tommy found one to match my needs. When I had to quickly follow up on a small issue, I appreciated the closeness of the small dealership rather than the larger dealerships I had worked with in the past. They provided excellent personalized service. I would be happy to recommend Winegardner GMC to anyone interested in a new or used vehicle.

Had my 2017 GMC Acadia taken there on multiple occasions and every time we get service, we end up having to take it back for the same issue.
Really dissatisfied with the Service Department's ability to completely fix the vehicle.
