We stopped by State Farm today to add another vehicle to our policy. Adrianna was our representative and did an outstanding job walking us through our coverage options and was able to answer more detailed questions related to our uninsured motorist portion of the policy It’s always been a pleasure working with State Farm and we have been happy with our home and auto coverage. Just wanted to post our appreciation for State Farm solid customer service and support.

I have been with this company for over a year now. Compared to my other insurance companies, State Farm has saved me money with qualified discounts and nicely bundled my home insurance and vehicles. I am still learning how to use the drive safe and save app to benefit from the discount.. once that takes effect, i will sing its praises. I do feel it has made me a safer more patient driver. For all this, it deserves a 4 star rating but working with the phone rep, Jordan, who has such a reassuring and pleasant voice.. and who is also very knowledgeable and personable.. Jordan makes me really feel they cares and belong and am getting the best deal. That service and connection earns the 5th Star!

Wayne Shoemaker's State Farm office employs the most professional people. His staff is very knowledgeable, polite, and dependable.

I'm not leaving a 1 star review because this company jacked up my rates and emptied my bank account without asking me (which they did). I'm leaving this review on this sorry outfit because after they ripped me off for over 2k inside a month they recently sent me a series of checks totalling less than 50 bucks for "overcharging" on my car insurance accounts.
The petty values on the checks in comparison to the amount of money they took without asking made me livid. I called them and told them they could cut me a real check if they want but as you can imagine, no response.
It's super sucks to write this review because I was sold on state farm as my parents insurance company that was their parents insurance company that was earned by my family... and it turned out to be a relationship not worth keeping. The new guys I'm with are better, but not by much. Perhaps it comes with the territory.

This office lacks follow through when it comes to service. Do not expect much support post sale. Once you pay for your policies the office does not assist further. I can site multiple service issues over the couple of years I have had Shoemaker as my agency of record. Most recently I have had an auto claim pending for nearly a month. No support in the claims process. If you want State Farm my recommendation is find a different office.
