The worst pharmacist ever told me to wait ten minutes for my medicine. I waited thirty minutes and, after my constant urging, began to fill my prescription, only to be told that I did not have the medicine I needed and would never come to this place again.

Trash pharmacy. Got here at 1:15 to fill a prescription and the tech said they can’t help me because they close at 1:30, but their hours say they’re open until 2. Tech said it’d take too long to add me to their system and they can’t help me until the following Monday. What a joke of a pharmacy. I’ll never recommend this location or any Walgreens. Waste of time.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for years. But, this new pharmacist is the absolute worst! For months now I’ve been having trouble getting my medication right. It’s either out of stock, delayed, under review etc. I have to keep calling, checking online or drive 30 miles round trip to push them to get it done. I’m a chronic pain patient and this is totally unacceptable! I’ve called Walgreens corporate and that was a waste of time. When will this be straightened out? No one should have to go through this. I can understand sometimes your meditation being late etc. But, this has been going on for months now. My Dr’s at Clearwater Pain can confirm my statement here. We are tired of this. Can someone Please Help!

I have been going to this pharmacy for over 6 years or more. The past year has been the absolutely worse. The head pharmacist is beyond rude, in fact i believe she has a issue with the Doctor I see, which is causing issues with client. Every single time I go to have my prescription refilled. I have to go back to my DR rewrite the script, but yet if I take it too the another pharmacy it is filled without hesitation. A shame that a good pharmacy with staff members that always so polite get a bad reputation from a horrible Manager/Pharamacist. ?

I have been using this pharmacy since the early 2000's with no major issues. I'm not sure if it is a new pharmacist, but the past 2 months I have had several major issues with my medications. I have spoken to the manager, and am trying to get some answers as to why the pharmacist treated me the way she did. The issue I had is serious enough that I am reporting her to the Maryland Board of Pharmacists. I will say, the rest of the staff is wonderful and has always been very helpful. I am never setting foot in there again, and I would highly recommend another pharmacy to anyone who reads this.

I have used this pharmacy for YEARS with no problems until the last few months. I loved this pharmacy and the pharmacy manager Andrea Babbs. She was the nicest most caring pharmacist. She would go out of her way to help you and would always say hi and ask how you were doing and seemed to really care! She moved locations and ever since the new pharmacist is not friendly and I feel like she goes out of her way to give me a hard time at times. They have also messed up my rx multiple times. I miss our prior pharmacist. The staff is friendly and works very hard however.

Today my wife & I took our 4 yr old grandson to the ER for dental abscess. After the PA lanced the dental abscess, she asked where would we like the prescription to be sent? We ask if it could be sent to the hospital's Walgreens pharmacy. She complied. We arrived at the pharmacy at 1315hrs, waiting in line until 1330hrs when we were called up to be waited on we were told that they couldn't fill the script because the close at 1400hrs. Mind you it's 1330hrs. We didn't have an actual prescription because it was faxed directly to this pharmacy with lazy customers service representatives. So now I am on the phone with the ER department while standing in line at the Walgreens in Charlotte Hall, MD trying to get the script transferred because the Walgreen pharmacy located adjacent to/in the Calvert County Medical Center was closing in 30 minutes and didn't want to assist us because the individual needed to leave on-time! Great customer service...Not!

I for one really appreciate how hard the people in the pharmacy work and on top of that try their best to maintain good customer service I would not want that job. The public can be very nasty. The people that work there have always been kind, courteous and very helpful so I just want to say thank you to the pharmacist and all the employees at the Walgreens Prince Frederick hospital location they are the best

Very Helpful Staff and Caring Pharmacist.
I have used the curbside on 2 occasions due to COVID and service was fast and friendly. Pharmacist and techs are wonderful.

Brianna was so helpful!! I was hunting for a prescription for my daughter and not able to find it. She called 4 additional pharmacies to help me! I really appreciated her going the extra mile.

The heavy set slow moving one implied I was a drug addict and needed to step to the side and wait while they made sure I didn't have my daughter medication filled at another pharmacy. I am beyond pissed the management has tried to appease me but I won't be happy till she is fired. Today I'm going back to pick up her medication and switch my records to a different pharmacy.

Terrible customer service. Pharmacist was rude and dismissive.- couldn't be bothered to make eye contact when answering follow up questions. Will never use this pharmacy again which is saying a lot since there are not many options in this area.
