This trip was disappointing. I went in for 2 liter Coke Zero (they're currently on sale for $1.99 per, but you must buy 3). There were only 2 on the shelf. Fortunately, the Coca-Cola representative was there stocking the shelves. I asked him if he had 2 liters he was delivering. He was very nice and checked for me. Unfortunately, there were no 2-liter Coke Zeros that were delivered. I'm not sure why Safeway's inventory system didn't order stock they needed ?

Stopped on late at night arounf 9pm bought flowers on a Saturday thry were very pretty. The Safeway employees I spoke to were nice and helpful.

Good grocery store. Not the absolute lowest prices, but always a solid option to have whatever you're looking for food-wise. Clean too.

My neighborhood Safeway has redeemed themselves!! Remarkable pick up service today! Groceries were all there and on time ! I was able to get my savings of 149$ dollars worth of coupons and member savings. Lastly the customer service was excellent! Thank you guys !!!

Changing self checkout to 15 items or less is a joke! Especially when I had 16 items and an employee made a big deal about it. He even grabbed my cart and tried to move me. If you’re only going to have ONE regular lane open then your self checkout shouldn’t have an item limit.

Tried to check out in a timely manner, but the cashier was insistent on stopping to help other people. If you're with a customer, which arrived earlier, and actively helping them, you need to finish that task before moving on to other customers, especially as a cashier - this is a basic tenet of customer service. Instead, everyone was delayed and annoyed. Won't be back.

I will not be shopping here any longer; moving self checkout to 15 or less items is stupid, I use self checkout because I do not want to have more human interaction than necessary. I always ring out my items as quickly as possible as not to be rude to another shoppers, and if you’re concerned about losing revenue to “thieves” realize it will happen regardless and that I purchase every item regardless of which register I use. I’ve spent thousands of dollars here and now it’s a problem, get a touch with the people who support your business.

We did a mobile grocery pick up, and the employee who brought our groceries out wasn’t very friendly and proceeded to toss bags of groceries into the backseat without care and cursing when he’d drop something on the floor of my truck or on the ground of the parking lot. After the third bag of groceries he threw I got out and unloaded the rest of the cart myself. This was my first and last time using Safeway for mobile pick up.
