Super fast service for my 7 am windshield replacement that was estimated to take 2-3 hours originally. The process was very smooth and easy. Arrived before the customer service representative started work, but the tech had me taken care of and safelite’s automated system allows you to pay online. Docking one star because when the CSR did come in to work she was very confusing to deal with.
When I got the automated message that the work was complete she said it would still be awhile, which was fine. But then the tech brought my keys and the CSR was like “you can’t leave yet”, rambled about how I shouldn’t have paid through the automated link but at the counter with her, and then told me I could leave despite the instructions from the repair telling me to wait until about 20 minutes later to drive so that the adhesive could set. She was very nice but not sure she knew what was going on and it seems like the automated system works so well that she doesn’t have much to do.
Also, not sure if there’s WiFi available for customer use, but if there is it might be a good idea to post a sign with the password so that it’s available when the CSR isn’t there.

There were issues with my windshield so it had to be sent back. They then called and rescheduled to come back out. When they showed up they realized the new windshield had issues but I had them install it anyways because couldn’t take off another day of work. During the install the installer snapped off my truck’s antenna and then told me that the manager would buy to have it replaced but I never received a called. Save your money and time and pick a local shop that takes their time. I’m still waiting to hear from manager.

Moblie tech never called me to let me know he wanted to meet me well before my appointment window. Made someone else call me to ask me where I’m at, I explain to him that I’m not going to be able to make it early but would be on my way. The Mobile tech then said he would circle back to me later in the afternoon. Calls me back about an hour later to ask me where I’m at. There’s no way he could have serviced multiple appointments in an hour. I explain to him I’m on the way but it would be a bit. I reiterated that he said he would be later in the afternoon. He then tells me to call to reschedule as he would be unable to service me after all. I call the number and was given a time of 3:30 at the shop today. I then drive all the way back to this shop just for them to tell me that they were leaving for the day and would be unable to service me. That and Xavier the tech had my windshield. I was forced to reschedule for Friday at 8am. The clerk was very nice in trying to help me, but this whole situation was very unprofessional. I will update my review after I finally receive some service.
Update:
Glass repair was done within an hour of checking in. Everyone was pleasant. But when I came back to my car, the tech had ripped my sun catcher off. I understand that it’s just a silly little charm, but still. No one told me about it and that’s kind of crappy. Spoke to someone and he did apologize, said he would speak to the tech but of course they don’t really care about a sun charm.

Had a sudden cracked window while visiting Lexington Park, MD. They fit me in on a Friday and replaced my windshield!!! Quick and did a super job!!!

Absolutely wonderful experience. The tech called to notify me he was on his way, and how far away he was .Very polite. Very personable. Very very friendly. The job well done. We’ll call again and recommend to my friends and family.

Was left a voice-mail and told the glass for my truck (2006 ford F150) was "obsolete in their system", my appointment was cancelled and was told to "try a junk yard". Tried to call back but couldn't get anyone to actually speak to me since my appointment had already been cancelled. Very disappointed.

I would love to give a great review, however, in the process of replacing windshield, the rearview mirror broke. The manager promised to replace the mirror. Several weeks have passed and still no replacement mirror.
